ACTUALLY THE TRAIN WE WERE TRAVELLING FROM KACHEGUDE TO H .NIZAMUDIN,ITS SECOND AC COMPARTMENT HAD BEEN DISATTACHED OR FINISHED DUE TO SOME PROBLEMS THERBY EVEN STWO TIER AC PASSENGERS HAD TO TRAVEL IN THREE TIER BUT WE HAD PURCHASED THEN TICKET OF TWO TIER AND HAD PAID FARE ACCORDINGLY,FOR WHICH WE DEMANDED A REFUND A COMPLAINT WWAS REGISTERED BY US ON H.NIZAMUDIN STATION AND A TDR WAS RECIEVED BUT
WE HAVE YET NOT RECIEVED REFUND PLEASE HELP,OUR TDR NUMBER IS AS FOLLOWS

IRCTC — delay in refund

Dear sir,

This is my PNR No [protected] which i had filled that the "train is running more than 3 hours" and i have filled on 29 sept 09 ,but as per rules the refund of money is 90 days and it had over almost but not yet recieved the money so please file the complaint on IRCTC and SWR(south western railways)..

IRCTC — IRCTC refund process delay

Hi,

I had raised TDR complaint in IRCTC website on 05-Oct-09 for the PNR ticket numbers [protected], [protected].

The issue was, the train has been diverted through different route as there were floods in the actual train route. So, we could not able to get into the train due to this. When we asked the reservation counter at Dharmavaram station, they mentioned that it needs to be cancelled only through IRCTC website. So, immediately we raised this complaint.

It has been almost more than 6 months till now, the money has not been refunded. When we followed up with the IRCTC, they were mentioning that they did not get the refund till now from railways.

Sir, please guide how can we proceed further to get my refund.

I have booked an e-ticket from irctc the website of indian railways on[protected] from Kurseong(KGN) to Darjeeling (DJ) having PNR No "[protected]" & Transaction ID "[protected] " for date of journey on[protected] from my own account of PNB, Dehradun.The train name and No. 1D/NJP DJ NG TRAIN. The total amount of the ticket was Rs. 164/ (Ticket charge Rs.154 + Internet service charge Rs. 10/-) .
It was confirm tictet.
My ticket had been assigned an ID of [IRCTC #1762299]
My family mentally and financially suffered due to getting confirmed ticket on[protected] and reaching there from Dehradun(Uttarakhand). But there was no train available for the last many days.
I request you to facilitate reimbursement and compensation to me as per legal right.
i have cancilled the tickets as per the detail ... user id ..pmbabita pnr no .[protected] amount rs. 505/-dated 6.3.2015 pnr no.[protected] amount rs.665/-dated 25.2.2015, pnr no.[protected] amount rs.645/-dated 25.2.2015, pnr no.[protected] amount rs.1030/-dated 25.2.2015..., kindly confirm the refund status of the above transactions as its being nearly 2 months now . thanking u sincerely yours prakash murarka mobile no.
