[Resolved] Irctc — Not refunding my claim | |||
I booked e- ticket PNR No.[protected] From NDLS to CSTM Boarding Station AGC Date of journey 12/06/2009.i want to say when my wife Bhawana Female 29, Manshi Female 4 & Rahul male 18 Boarded train No.2138 Punjab mail on 12/06/2009 during Boarding time current Status is Released(Ticket Not Cancelled but Alternative Accommodation Provided)and inquiry from No.139 massage is RAC coach 030 seat No.2. From Gwaliar ticket checking staff boarded in train ,TC checked ticket and told this ticket is cancelled /invalid. He demanded money for another ticket with fine Rs.1566/-,my wife have not sufficient money to pay in cash money., so she requested to TC for not having sufficient amount of cash money & travel with e-ticket because e-ticket is already RAC status. He rudely demanded cash money otherwise through her luggage ,and he charged Rs.1566/- Receipt No.G975123.i was continuously in touch with mobile phone to my wife .she also requested to TC to talk with me by mobile phone but he refused .she finally arrange cash money by another co-passenger and submitted full amount of fair with fine. During journey my Family members (Mrs.Bawana 29F,Mr.Rahul 18M & Miss. Manshi F4) harassed mentally and physically .My wife did not have sufficient money for panality.Ticket checker did not co-operate with them. Sir it is requested to you Refund my money & an enquiry set up against TC so as to another passenger will not suffer in future like that. I submitted complaint to IRCTC at Mumbai CST office on 14 Oct 2009 reference No718740/09/10ET-B1. Till now no reply. Thank you sir. Was this information helpful? | |||
