RESPECTED SIR, with due respect i want to tell you about the MISBEHAVIOUR AND DEFICIENCY IN THE SERVICE OF RAILWAY STAFF MEMBER (RAJU TOMAR & DEEPU TOMAR) AS WELL AS MANAGER OF PENTRY CAR(S.VENKATRAMAN) . On 17th feb,2010 I (KAILASH BANSAL)and my wife(SUNITA BANSAL) was travelling by train PASCHIM EXPRESS NO.2925 FROM NAVSARI TO AMRITSAR JN. PNR NO.[protected] ,COACH NO.B1 ,SEAT NO. 47,48. COMPLAINT: WE REQUESTED 5 TIMES TO THE EMPLOYEES FOR A KETTLE OF TEA BUT THEY DID NOT GAVE US THE SAME AND AFTER COMPLAINING THE MANAGER OF PENTRY CAR HE DID NOT TOOK ANY ACTION AND ALSO DENIES TO GIVE US THE COMPLAINT BOOK OF RAILWAYS. WE ,HEREBY, REQUEST YOU TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST THESE DISHONEST EMPLOYEES OF INDIAN RAILWAYS SO THAT THE PROBLEMS WE FACED WILL NOT BE FACED BY ANYONE IN FUTURE. I WILL BE VERY THANKFUL TO YOU.
