[Resolved]  Irctc — Refund for season ticket not delivered

Dear Madam Nalini/IRCTC


This has ref. to our teletalk, I would like to inform you that since
delivery of my season tickets have not been made by IRCTC and courier
company and my season ticket is expiring today.I am buying it a new season
ticket, as courier company has raised their hand and told that the season
ticket is not tracable and it is failure on your part also to deliver the
season ticket, even though it was booked 7 days in advance. I would
request you to immediately credit the amount of Rs 1565/- to my credit
card account.
