Respected Sir,

My PNR No. is [protected].I have file TDS on 12.08.2010 and still not received my refund.

So many time i make phone calls and emailed to [protected]@irctc.co.in and [protected]@ictct.co.in but each time get auto system genrated reply that we are doing needful but nothing happen.

I request you to please look in the matter and take action.

Sir, I have filed TDR for refund of partially cancelled ticket on 13 Nov 2008,I have written letter to GM,IRCTC also but till now i have not received refund.if i check status of TDR it is showing CCM registered.But if i check detailed status it is showing message as unable to show due to communication failure.

I had cancelled a train ticket (PNR - [protected], Train Number - 2874, Date Of Journey: 28/5/2010) on 29th May 2010 since the train got scheduled to depart more than 3 hours from the original departure time at the starting station and also there was a route change i.e. the train was NOT going through it's regular route. My destination station (DTO) was not in the revised route hence I did not board the train and raised a TDR on the very next day.

There has not been any refund till today i.e. 31st May 2011 (more than 365 days). Can someone look into this and get back with reasons of delay.

The same happened with me also. (PNR: [protected], Date Of Journey: 15/1/2011, TDR Filing Date: 19-Jan-2011, Reason For TDR: Train Cancelled.). Its been more than 4 months and no amount is refunded till now. Railway service are really pethetic.

I had booked some tickets via www.irctc.co.in through my united bank of india' s debit card via hdfc pg gateway, some tickets were cancelled and the amount which should be deposited into my account has still not been deposited, when consulted to irctc.co.in they said the amount has been remmited by them but the transaction has been not completed and the amount is deposited to HDFC PG when consulted them they asked me to the provider of the card that is united bank. and when i asked united bank their reply was that there was no receipt of the money.

I have been trying to ask them via mails there is no proper response nor a proper solution as to how to get the refund back.

The refund is of tickets purchased in the year[protected] amounting to Rs.12,746 the details and the break up of the same are

Dear Concerned,

I had booked 3 tickets via www.irctc.co.in through my PNB debit card.but one ticket has been cancelled by us within two days of booked the ticket & two tickets were not confirmed before 2 hour journey on 19 june & before some time one ticket has been confirmed & another one has not been confirmed.We have raised TDR also on 19 june 2011.but no response has come till date & the amount which should be deposited into my account has still not been deposited.We have make so many calls to IRCTC but no one has picked up the phone if they have picked not given me the proper response.These are the details of my journey...

Railways — no response /refund for tdr filed more than a year back

I had booked a train ticket through IRCTC portal. Later because the train was delayed for 8 hours, I did not travel. I had filed a TDR on the very next day ie; July 3, 2010. However, till date despite repeated follow up with IRCTC, I have been unable to get a valid response or refund.

IRCTC officials blame the delay on railways and railway officials ask to follow up with IRCTC since the ticket was booked through IRCTC.

Kindly help.

IRCTC — TDR not refunded after more than 11 months

I file a TDR on Feb,04, 2011 which details are

The reason was train was running more than 3 hours late. But
I have not received my refund till now. I sent many mails to '[protected]@irctc.co.in'. but nothing happened. I called their CC, they gave a no which is never work. I want my money back as soon as possible.

i had made a booking in may for my trip to goa from irctc . but when we traveled the train was canceled and they put me on refund . they told me it will take 90 days for refund but untill now it has been 7 months they had not refunded my money and just giving me reply that my refund is in process . .My pnr no is No.[protected]. i have send several reminders .

It was subsequently cancelled on 21/01/2012 and as per refund status it is already refunded to your gateway but not yet credited to my credit card account.
