[Resolved]  Irctc — Refund of failed transaction

I tried to book ticket in IRCTC and the transaction failed.But even after 5 days since transaction my bank account not credited with refund and also in IRCTC the status showing settlement done.

I have booked two sleeper ticket from Akola to Pune on date 17 june 2011.but i found that, the transaction is failed due to some problems in irctc site.but there is 724 dedeuted from my sbi account.the complete details are mantioned bellow-

Dear Sir,

I booked a ticket from Tirunelveli (TEN) to Villuparam JN (VM) on 22/10/2011 on the internet but the transaction failed due to system network slow or failed at the IRCTC website. the amount of money Rs 938/- was, debited from my account. The failed transaction Id is-[protected].

So Please do the refund to my respective account

I try to book a ticket form NCB to GIMB to day from my personal poratl of IRCTC through SBI internet baking, but due to some connectivity problem the transaction was failed . But the amount to the tune of Rs 3104/- was deducted form my account to day i.e 13.10.2011 the details of transaction of SBI internet banking is shows the transaction detail is [protected]IG71561709 TRANSFER TO [protected] SBI I.R.C.T.C. Dear Sir,

1. I was trying to make reservation from Bangalore to New Delhi on 29 Sep 2011 through e-mail ID- nandana92 on IRCTC login.

2. But the transaction has failed, no reservation has done but a sum of Rs 1415/- has been debited from my SBI a/c No [protected].

3. In this connection photocopy of passbook is attached for your ready reference. (Amount debited on 29 Sep 2011 transaction Number is POS[protected] IRCTC for Rs 1415/-)

4. The same matter has been informed to customer care of IRCTC. They advised me to send mail alongwith copy of bank passbook to [protected]@irctc.co.in on 05 Oct 2011.

5. Till date (i.e. 18 Oct 2011) no intimation has been received by me on the subject failed transaction.

6. Therefore, I request your kind honour to help out to get my money from IRCTC.

To day I will try to book a rail way ticket twice from my own portal of IRCTC in respect of train no 15668 KYQ GIMB EXPRESS from NJP TO GIMB in 3A for journey date 11.01.2012 but due to connectivity problem the, both the time the transaction was failed and Rs. 2, 486/- was twice deducted form my personal SBI account the details of IRCTC transaction is as under :-

Dear Sir,

I have booked 2 tickets online today itself,i.e., 19/11/2011 maybe 1 hour ago from my SBI ATM cum Debit card.
Journey Date: 19/01/2012

Due to some Transaction the ticket was not booked and the status showed that "PAYMENT NOT RECIEVED FORM BANK".
But when i checked my account it was credited with Rs. 910 +10 (Bank Charges).
I want to know whats the further procedure to get back my amount.

I booked a TATKAL ticket from bachau(bcob) to bandra turminal(bdts) (Train no ) on18.12.2011ON THE INTERNET but the transaction failed due to system fault at the IRCTC website. The amount of money amounting to Rs. 362/- was, however, debited to my SBI account . Their Failed transaction ID is- [protected] dated 19.12.2011

So please do the refund to my respective account .

I booked various times and transaction failed on the internet and money is debited from credit card and refund is not been effected till date on many ID NO. [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] AND [protected]. THE SAID TRANSACTION WERE FAILED AND NO REFUND IS GIVEN SO FAR

I tried to book a ticket from Pune to solapur and solapur to Pune on 10/4/2012. While booking ticket the display was showing some errors for two times. Later I booked two tickets & it was done sucessfully. But the amount Rs 374/- debited for four times & I received message on my mobile No. [protected] from BanK of India.
I made the payment for four times, out of 4, two times transction done sucessfully & I got E- tickets, two times transction failed but payment done to IRCTC. Please take necessary steps so that I can get back my money Rs. 748/-
Mr. karthick don't worry about irctc refunds... karthick first u check in irctc your login page in that booking history will be there in that check wheather your ticket details are there if not there then irctc will refund your amount with in 15-20 days

I booked a ticket from Tambaram(TBM) to Kovilpatti(CVP) on 19/11/2012. Journey date - 29/11/2012. But the transaction failed and section got expired. The Ticket amount of Rs.1416 was debited from my SBI account using DEBIT card.

Sir, I tried to book a ticket through irctc online from nizamuddin to kannur on 13 Jan 12. After gave the axis card details the transaction is cancelled , the transaction ID is [protected] . So my booking is not completed and an amount of rupees 585/- deducted from my axis bank account. So I please request you to refund my above mentioned amount as soon as possible. For your kind consideration please.
