[Resolved]  Irctc — FUND REFUND AND ACCOUNT BLOCKING

This is regarding PNR NO. [protected] ( transaction id : [protected] ), You paople saying that i claimed false TDR and close my "dr_rajsu" account. This is wrong you people is not checking clearly and suffering customers. look in to your records. On same day means 23rd November 2011 at 2 PM( after missing our train) we called to your customer care number. u check in your incoming calls list ( [protected]with this number ) . We came by Rajkot express and purchase ticket from Mr. Thomson (i think) at secunderabad station. We did not get the ticket till Thane so we take ticket from secunderabad to pune. This is wrong way to suffer customers. Why i should claim false TDR. I am purchasing so many tickets from your IRCTC, once go through my account. Why i should like that. You people saying lie. Your TC sold my ticket to some other and you are supporting him. Please reopen my account and verify strictly and give me my money back.

We have booked e ticket on[protected] from secunderabad to thane in Devagiri Express (train no: 7058), in 1A Class. As telangana agitation was going on the same day (23 Nov 2010) we could not reach the secunderabad station in time and we missed the train.
Please find the details regarding this PNR NO. [protected]

Name of the Passengers
1. Rajesh Babu - Male - 30 years
2. Susheela - Female - 30 years
Ticket charges were: 3816 Rs without internet service charge.

Out of these two tickets only one ticket was confirmed ( Susheela ) another one was in waiting list ( Rajesh Babu). As we had missed Devagiri Express we came by Rajkot Express which was scheduled at 2.30PM on the same day. We enquired for filing TDR on the same day but the railway officials told that it sholud be done on the next day only so that we have filed TDR for the same on the next day[protected].

Refund details in TDR history on[protected] shows that Remarks as ''285-CR/20 as per records Passenger(s) travelled on the ticket. The case is repudiated.
Actually we didn't travelled in Devagiri express it might happen that TC in Devagiri Exp might have given our berths to others.

From last six months we are trying to get this money back but railway people cheating us. They blocked my IRCTC account without any preior information. I have booked other so many tickets from my IRCTC account. I am suffering so much with these people. I am trying to convince them that i did not claim false TDR but they are not checking properly and leaving customers to suffer.
I fed up with these people i dont have more patience. Please do favor for me.
Daily my husband and me quarelling with this matter.
So please tell me what i have to do write now.
