I'm Aravind.B.Prasad, I plan to book 2 e-tickets for my friends named Baiju & Anu. The amount Rs:198/- deducted from my Account. The Transferred details are attached below from the online bank Statement. Date (Value Date) Narration Ref. Dear Sir,
I had filled a TDR on 5th July'11.Till now my money is not refunded. PNR Number:[protected] Train No:12401[from PATNA (PNBE) to NEW DELHI(NDLS)] Reason for TDR:TDR for all passenger are not travelled due to one passenger conferm but rest of the wailt list so that you have canceled to my booked ticket and refund my tickect booking amount. TDR Status:CCM Registered . Reference No:ekt[protected] TDR Zone: NR Refund Status:Refund Under Process. Refund Date:Not Available. Kindly take it futher and refund my money ASAP...

The RAILWAY REFUNDED my MONEY...
This was the reply from them @ yesterday...
Dear Customer,
The refund of Rs. 198.00/- for the transaction tried by you under reference no.[protected] which has failed and later found that the payment has been debited to your account has been credited to your account at 09/17/2011 08:02:43 PM.
We suggest you to please retry the transaction, if not booked already. The booked tickets history can be checked to view the list of all tickets booked by you.
