[Resolved] Irctc — regarding deactivation o[censored]ser id | |||
Dear sir, I have booked a ticket from haridwar to gorakhpur for travel on 14.04.2010 in kumbh mela special. in pnr no.[protected] from my irctc user id "sudha rungt".and due to abonormal delay of the train in which the ticket was booked we have travelled by other train on the same date which ticket detail is given under and i have filed tdr regarding for PNR No. [protected]. I became shocked and surprised to see mail that railway is saying that passenger has travelled on the ticket. I do'nt know who have travelled on that ticket because due to very abnormal delay of train no. 0524 in which our ticket was booked, we decided to travel by road from haridwar to moradabad and talked to my son in law in moradabad to booke our ticket in any train in which resevation is available. He booked our ticket from his IRCTC user Id Muditgoel2 in train no. 8104 jalianwalabagh exp from moradabd to faizabad on the same date 14.04.2010.and again travel by road from faizabad to gorakhpur how it is possible. The detail of our ticket booked in train no 8104 for 14.04.2010 is as under: Name of passenger transaction id pnr no. 1. vinod rungta(vinod Kumar) [protected] [protected] 2. Sudha Rungta(sudha devi) [protected] [protected] 3. shweta [protected] [protected] 4. G.S.Tibrewal(Gauri Shanker) [protected] [protected] 5. Shakuntala devi [protected] [protected] One side we have faced lot of problem due to delay and other side railway is saying that we have travelled. so you are requested o varify our details and re consider for refund. as we are very frequet traveller of Irctc. I have received one another mail that my user id "sudharungt" of irctc is de activated due to false tdr filed my me. you are requested to enquire the matter and reactivate my user id. I further request that in between the enquiry period activate my user id for print or cancel the ticket in this user id as i have not noted outside any pnr no. booked in this user id and susupend further booking from this id till irctc not satisfy our representation.
