[Resolved] Jabong — item not received | |||
dear sir, i've ordered a dress for my baby on JABONG on 09/04/2012 (Order #[protected] of 09/04/2012 10:51) and paid using credit card. even after 12 days i've not received the item. i've called twice the customer care no. every time they ask me to wait for 2 more days. it has become an endless wait. promised to deliver in 5 working days. i'm from a metro city. why jabong is unable to deliver even after 12 days to a metro is not known. any explanation jabong? Jabong-live up to my expectation!!!
These days all my colleagues talk about Jabong… Few days back, just to check… I placed order for pillow cover and few other home décor items…. I really liked their collection of home furnishing stuff… I was surprised by their quick delivery process… as I stay near NCR… I got my order at same day… :)
