Complaint marked as Resolved Previously the pair of shoes I ordered was missing and I didn't know the whereabouts and after requesting for return I had been getting 'return pickup failed' messages/mails but after a couple days of my complaint with consumercomplaints I received a mail that my return request was complete and the refund was initiated within 1-2 days. Thank you.
