[Resolved]  Jabong.com — item not received but delivered.

I ordered a pair of hrx sneakers on 1st nov 2019 and the item was delivered on 7th but i have no idea about the whereabouts of the product. I reached the customer care after 5 days because i was busy for a couple of days and i had no idea that the issue was to be reported within 4-5days then they say that there's nothing they could do about it since i was already so late but they could atleast state clearly about their time limit policy which i was unaware of prior to this mishap i requested if i could atleast get the contact details of their courier partner in darjeeling but that was also not possible to them. Actually the mistake was on my side as well since the mobile no i provided had one wrong digit which was my sister's since i live away from home and it was a gift for my brother but i am a frequent online shopper and other courier services contacts the billing address/mob no if the delivery address is not reachable. My sister has asked every neighbourhood shops hoping that the product might be found but none of them seems to know about it. Returning the product seemed like the only way to find out hence i have requested a return on 16th since all these days i was googling all the possible contact informations.
