[Resolved] Jabong — NO PRODUCT INSIDE THE BOX | |
Myself Vikram, I have ordered a watch (Metal Strap Fashion Gold/White Analog Watches) from jabong and Order #[protected]. Which was delivered on 9th of August 2012 at 12:30pm. When the box was opened (which was sealed with Jabong tape) there is no Watch inside except the watch case. We were shocked to see that. And suddenly called customer care and complained on the same and Complaint number is 575413. And Customer service girl said it will 48 hours and then call us back. And my bad luck I have made the payment online itself before delivery. Waiting for positive revert on the same and please help me to resolve this Vikram Was this information helpful? | |

Hi, www.jabong.com(Jabong) is cheap company. Since 7 days, i continuously complain for reverse pick-up of an order but this company and customer support did not do action till date.47%
