Hi All,
JABONG really don't have a proper customer service..,i had ordered a jewelery set on 11the Sep 12 to gift one of my friend .But after few days i received a call from their CC telling that order has not been processed due some quality issue and i was asked to reorder the same set and i did so.
But once again after a week a received a call from JABONG CC and was told that order cannot be processed due to quality issue... i was fed up as i wanted to gift and running out of time and asked to cancel the order.
I did not receive confirmation mail from them for order cancellation ,on the same day i received a message telling that my order has been dispatched through JVAS and number and i tried to track with the help of number but there was no any information .
And know i am not aware that what is going to happen next ......,to complete this process it has taken around 20 days ...
