[Resolved] Jetlite / Axis Bank — refund of cancellation amount | |||
Sub: Refund of receipt no.[protected] on jeti lite Respected Sir/Madam I have the honour to state that on 13th may i have cancelled my air ticket of jet lite, travelling date on 21st may. Till today (26.07.10 time 13.22) ,I didnt received my refund amount of Rs 1829, which i have booked through my axis bank gold plus debit card from jetlite website. So I got to know from jetlite office that the amount has been refunded back from jetlite to axis bank on 21st may , it has not been reflecting in my account . As i am student , so it is very hard to pass this situation. This is my humble request to help me from this harrasment. Respected Sir/ Madam,
Sir I had book the ticket on 30th Jan 2009 but the cancerned ticketing officer named Suman has done a mistake and she charged for 3 tickets in palce of 2 tickets... per ticket cost is Rs 2300 and she has taken the amount through the Debit Card thrice means Rs 6900 insted of Rs4600. i have also submitted the bank statement on 12th Feb 2009.Sir In how many days I will get back my money? Sir Its a big problem for me because i am a Medical student and i get limited money to my house to expance over here.
Thats why i need ur help and i want my money as soon as possible... Sir this is my humble request to you.

Jet Lite — Refund of Cancelled Amount
I had booked a ticket through Credit Card in my fathers name in Jetlite and the ticket was cancelled on 6th Dec 2008 at Domestic Airport, Delhi in Jet Lite Office. So far, the refund amount has not been credited to my credit card account.I am paying interest on the booking amount. I have already talked to Jetlite Call Centre and have already sent number of mails to Jet lite ([protected]@jetlite.com) . The Call Centre informed me that the amount will be credited in my account within 48 hours. So far they have not done anything.The details about the Ticket is given below:Passenger Name : BEHERA BISWANATH
