Respected: Sir/Madam(Incharge of complaints) We are a consumer of your company having Book No KHAO8 CONSUMER NO KH-3786. Smt.Kakarpalli Srilaxmi Rao. You have issued a falls bill. Bill No. 26661 of 10/08 date 12/11/08 was paid on 24/11/08 at Bank of India Telco town branch, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. But amount paid is not shown in last month paid amount and included in December bill again. As such bill no 26661 of 11/08 is wrong. Bill amount should be only Rs240. my electricity bill was stop in the year 2003 of consumer no-UN-1163 IN THE NAME OF S.ANAPURNAO[censored]LIYAN KADMA REGION.BUT NOW WE WANT TO START OUR METER AND WANT TO GET THE CONNECTION SO CAN U REPLY ME THAT WHAT WILL BE THE PROCEDURE AND WHAT IS THE BALANCE AMOUNT TO PAY.

Let me know why monthly bill of consumer No. NH-5932 Book No. HAT07 of Hatia, Singhmore is not issuing since a long time. I want to pay without taking bill but your cashier at Tupudana refuses to take the amount saying my balance is in advance and he is unable to take the same. How will I get the bill either nil bill or payable bill? what is the matter I should know.

Dear Sir,
I have puchased a flat no 3B Lakshmi Apartment Old Argora Road, Argora, Ranchi. An application was given to A.E.E...Supply, Harmu Sub Division, JSEB, Ranchi by the flat builder M & J Associates vide letter no M & J / 2010-11 dated 10-11.2011 to provide new elctrical connectionin the Lakshmi Apartment including flat no 3B. Finally connection was provided in the said flat 3B.but not a single elct bill from your office was raised against the flat since one year.It is a matter of anxiety. Even I dont know my Consumer No.No payment was done from my end.I am afraid that due to non payment of elct bill line may be cut at any time.
I request you to provide me the consumer no against the flat and raised a pending bill since the connection so that payment may be done as early as possible from my end.Waiting for early reply.
