[Resolved]  Karbonn KT62 — Touch Screen not working and request for replacement

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Before going to bad, let me tell you that I had purchased a spice mobile for my husband to gift him for his birthday and am very happy with the set and the purchase.

Now, going ahead, I had purchased the above product (Karbonn KT62 Black-Red) via Snapdeal.com. This product was ordered on 29th Jul'12 and was delivered to me in the 1st week of Aug'12. It is not even been a week's time and with no reasons the touchscreen is not working on the mobile and seen the default with the handset.

Requesting you to please consider the above issue and replace a new handset for the same since this product is not even been a week older.

I'm enclosing the retail invoice and the courier detials for your reference.

Kindly do the needful and confirm
