Bank people not issue cheque book to S.B A/C and u want cheque book open current account

bank account use - only cash deposit and withdraw to ATM. This is not a good bank function

Actually i applied my educational loan in KVB in month of january (veerapan chatram branch, erode), my loan was not sanction'd because of i'm not mertorious student, then once again i applied with collector letter, still now i didn't get any answer from bank.Bank manager told that you got low mark in ur acadamy, that's why your loan application getting late.
