[Resolved]  Karvy Stock Broking Limited, New Delhi — Fraud With Me In Coal India IPO

Dear Sir / Madam
I had applied for Coal India Ltd IPO vide application No 36907902 for 400 shares alond with a cheque bearing No 243821 Of Canara Bank Munirka New Delhi for Rs 98000 alond with self attested copy of my pan card. The application was submitted in Karvy stock broking limited , Vasant Kunj New Delhi Office, ( Copy of the reciept is attached)
The sum of Rs 98000 was debited to my account on 26th Oct 2010 as eveident from my (passbook coppy attached)
On Checking with the registrar Link Intime India Pvt , C-13 Panalal Silk Mills Compound , LBS Marg bhandup ( West) Mumbai-400078 I was Informed that the application was in some one else name.
On further Investegating at my level I found that where I had submitted my application the DP ID was wrongly entered against my DP ID. By M/s Karvy Stock Broking Limited, New Delhi Office who is the member of the syndicate.I have written several email to them and Visited their Vice President Mr Arvind Pruthi, But there is no reply from any body till date.
I had filled sebi grevinces form on line twice but they just say that they will send me a acknowledgement by post but they also dont respond.
Please advice me as whom to approch to get my hard earned money back and to hightlight to people that these agencies are frauds.
