I have online ordered a micromax canvas 2 worth rs 14740 on 25th April . There was no option for cash on delivery or credit card EMI. So we have to pay the full money while ordering . The delivery date was 10th May . When it was not delivered I gave them a call and they confirmed it will be delivered within 11th.Now today on 13th they are not responding to the customer care number and if we mail at their support website also , we are not receiving any response. For getting acknowledgement we have raised a ticket as well , but that too is not showing up any tracking records. It was a big mistake ordering from this website but I would like to get it refunded..

I have done the payment online through credit card . I have the transaction details. Please lodge a complaint against this website as there are a lot of other complaints as well . Please find the link with many other cases as well.
