[Resolved] Kaunsa.com — Non-Delivery of Product Not Refund | |||
I have booked a Cell Phone Model - Micromax Canvas HD A116 on 21/04/2013 from www.Kaunsa.com vide Booking Ref. No. KA/114274/9B5P7ZC6 for Rs.14,740/- (photo attached). Their booking form was showing 06/05/2013 (Photo attached) as the delivery date but unfortunately I have not received the product till date. I have sent an email through their website for Cancellation of the Order on 11/05/2013 (photo attached) as the product was not shipped. They have neither cancelled the order & processed the refund nor have delivered the product till today. I have been talking to their tele-executives twice-thrice every week since the booking is made. Their Tele-Executives always replies - "the product is shipped yesterday or will be shipped the following day therefore cancellation is not possible". Till date nothing is received from their end neither the product nor the refund. Hence, I seek your co-operation for the aforesaid matter.
