I had puchased a Kent water purifier in Mar'10 from Lucknow Dealer Kent Water Purifiers .The purifier was serviced only one in july '10 against to mandatory services .Despite calling up the dealer there was no response on the contraray the incharge Mr Vedprakash ([protected]) insisted that all call complaints are logged and attended. Since past 3 months I have been recieving calls from their office informing that couple of their technicians have follied and have been removed and that we should not entertain them.Everytime time I recieved such call ,I requested them for servicing and reminded that since after the servicing in July'10 there is something wrong and we have been having an upset stomach. I went down with typhoid and had to mange with processed water since Feb'11.Please escalate to the authorities for the resolution.

Water Purifier — improper working
SUB-COMPLAINT FOR IMPROPER SERVICEOne Eureka Forbes water purifier was purchased by me on
[protected] from VIPIN TYAGI GROUP CUSTOMER SALES SPECIALIST, 832, SOUTH CIVIL LINES, CIRCULAR ROAD, MUZAFFARNAGAR-251001 (U.P.).No service has been provided by your DEALER. They have come only once in past. Although I called him on telephone, and fixed the stand, on payment of the price. In spite of our request he has not changed the filter of our instrument till today as promised. Six days ago, I informed Shree Vipin Tyagi on mobile no. - [protected], that my instrument is not working properly. But he did not send the service man till today.
3 persons in my family are under fever since then. I am not getting pure water for my family. I do not know how many members of my family will suffer due to impure water.
It’s high time that this issue of grave importance needs to be focused upon. I expect n urgent reply from you.
