We have been writing mails to send technician for our faulty ELITE II but no responce from the company.The Mumbai service incharge Mr Surender with mobile no.[protected] does not recieve calls and when some times he finally picks up the line then he says that we have not recd any mails and we will revert in five minutes.But these five minutes never over.

I bought kent purifier some time back.I called the company to replace its filters for which I was charged 1100 rs.The technician didn't service the purifier properly and water is continously flowing out of it and it has become a mess in the surrounding area where purifier is installed.I filed a complaint at the no. [protected] and spoken with the concerned person.I wa s told that the technician would be reaching to service within 2 hours and based on that I kept on waiting for him to come.I re-filed the complaint and till now (already 3 days are over) nobody has turned up.This company seems out to be very unprofessional company as I have experienced some or the other problems from time to time since I bought this product(ro+uv) from them.They don't care for the customers once they sell their product but yes one thing is there if I call them to replace filters or for some paid service they will immediately reach your home to serve you.The technicians are highly unskilled and completely ignorant of their work...so guys beware of before calling them as you never know whether they would fix something or create the mess.
After doing AMC Kent authorized service center in Kolkata area doesn't show up after 6 repeated request and each time I call the lady says they will come on the following day. Pathetic service.
Have registered complaint almost six times but Kent is not paying any heed to solv the problem... it has been going on for more than 15 days...why did they sell the product?
Also they sent inexperienced engineers to look at the problem and have given an excuse that parts not available... can you correct the issue?
