[Resolved] Kent RO Systems Ltd — Poor After sell service | |||
This is regarding our water purifier (Kent Mineral RO Super Plus no. KR[protected]. The water purifier is not working for past 4 days, and customer service is not sending anyone for service. Our complain no. is H/275. The service executive is also non cooperating and didn't listen to our full complain and cuts the call. Can you please register our complain and take immediate action. The after sell service in Mumbai/Powai area is horrible. Imagine a family without water purifier for 4 days!!!. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have purchased a RO system from Hindustan Water Solution(hws)F-318, 2nd Floor Near
Lado Sarai, Saket

vide Bill No. 3587 dated 10 Aug 11 with one year warranty. Company has promised that they will give after sell service support i.e. cleaning of filtration cartridges and maintenance o[censored]V system and there technician will visit to the system every quarterly but they are failed to do so. There web site is also closed. Even they are not picking up the phone. Now system is creating problem and required cleaning.
