Kent RO / Water Purifier — Pathetic service poor quality product urgent action required | |||
Dear Sir, This is to bring to your notice the pathetic service received from kent. We have bought Kent RO water purifier almost a year back and during this January 2013 the product was not working and the filter was changed and a new one was fixed. We had to pay for the new spare part. Again in April 2013 the same got defective again and we were advised by the kent service guy to change the same once again22531866 and was also charged for the same again in April 2013. I request you to look into this as the spare part installed seems to be of poor quality and we have been charged twice in a span of three months which is not acceptable I request urgent action again this and to refund the money charged in April 2013 due to the poort quality product installed . Water Purifier — Poor quality of product
17.6.2008.I would like to know what action you would take if I would complain against a product which I purchased from a reputed company, as I have recently (in the month of May 2008) purchased a RO Water purifier from a reputed company and I am facing many problems with this machine and their service dept. is not able to solve the problem.
