[Resolved]  Kidzee — Preschool

Hi, kidzee manpada thane (w)owner is very arrogant, misbehave with parents, non qualified staff, total waste of money.

My ward goes to Kidzee patliputra colony, patna. She was a student last year too. Last year when she was studying in nursery, she was not able to express herself clearly, still she told me couple of times, that she was beaten on cheeks by ma'am. As I was not sure about the details so I had informed the school authority about it, which they completely denied. This year, the school has opened since yesterday, again she is complaining that "badi ma'am" has beaten her on cheeks. Not sure who the badi ma'am is, I asked her, she told the one who sits in the office. I talked to couple of other parents about it, they said the same story, the principal beats the children and when confronted she completely denies about it. I had put my ward trusting the brand, but if this is the flight of the school, I am sorry for all the children who studies here. If the matter is not taken seriously, not only the name of the school will be malign, but also the innocent kids will suffer and will develop physiological disorders. This is not the reason why we have put our treasure with you people. Kids are our treasure and it is because of this trust we have put our kids in your school.
PlaySchools are the place where children love to go and spend couple of hours, but my ward and many more like her are scared of school and cry at the name of the school. She will not ready to go to school.Is this way kidzee works? For this year I have repeated the blunder of putting my little daughter in this school. But this will be last year, and would never ever suggest kids to go to kidzee. Please take this matter with extreme importance as I don't want my kid along with others to suffer.

I Principal of KIDZEE thanisandra, came across a complaint given on this website about our school KIDZEE Thanisandra.
It is my responsibility to address this issue. First and foremost I would like to thank the person who had given me this opportunity to let me put the facts across to the people who ever searching for this information.
As they mentioned about me that I am not available at school it is not true every day I am present at school.
Yes it is true that my wife is managing and she is our coordinator for the school. I strongly believe that the relationship should be at home so we maintain a official relationship at school.
As we both are Post graduates and know about the education system, and we faced a lot of challenging situations in our education, our wish was that the students should not have the same experience which we had. And also we are running other educational institutions so we know very well what is education and its systems and polices.
In that complaint what they mentioned about our coordinator is not true, first of all we don’t have so much time to do ladies talks or back biting. And we have CCTV camera fixed in our school to monitor the activities anytime; we are monitoring all the activities now and then.
We are committed to do the service and we are sincere and serious on this, always we used to take feedback with parents and any suggestions given by the parents are implemented and resolution given on parents complaint also.
Everyone knows educating small children are not an easy task. If we are negligent, by this time there would be a serious scene happened. Accidents are common in unavoidable circumstances’.
Our Teachers are well educated graduates, trained by KIDZEE and know to talk in English. They are also sincere and serious on educating our children and we know that’s their foundation.
Our KIDZEE policy is that loving, caring, nurturing and educating the young ones with their interest. Every teacher and staff has been signed a code of conduct stating that they will not do any abuse with the children. And it is enforced in our school.
Whenever a parent request’s for the CCTV footage for any emergency cases it has been shown to them and proved to them that there is no such kind of hitting and troubling done for the children.
We maintain 10:1 teacher ratio in the class and different timings allotted for the children to do activities like ball pool, sandpit, splash pool, play area, musical corner, Library corner and puzzle corner.
As they mentioned in their compliant it is not true that for 60 kids only 30 sq ft of play area is available. We have 250 sq ft of play area and have planned to extend it.
Always we maintain the school clean, hygiene, mosquito net for windows, slippers in toilet, hand wash liquids with towel and hand sanitizer.
Whoever says that our school is not good and has problems I request them to come to us and inform us the facts and if we find it is true we will take necessary action on the same.
We never play any hide and seek between the parents, teachers and staffs.

Uneducated brute is running Kidzee Yelahanka Branch in Bangalore.

My Kid is studying in Kidzee Yelahanka branch, last year 2015, my kid has participated in Rhymes World Cup preliminary round at school itself, she got selected for City Finale and was preparing for the same.

Suddenly our center head changed every thing and said Rhymes World Cup is not happening so we dropped the idea of taking part in City Finale.

When we approached Rhymes World Cup team, they informed that Kidzee Yelahanka has backed out after taking the preliminary round auditions and we don't have any clue about that.

Now Rhymes World Cup has finished India National Finale, World Cup finale at Malaysia with other kidzee participants.

Participant from Kidzee Electronic city has won the World Cup title, Yelahanka participants have not received participation certificates due to our uneducated management.

We want to know how Kidzee head office has given franchise to an uneducated brute who is spoiling kids participation in their 1st ever World Cup competition.

We request Kidzee head office to look after this issue as my kid is of 5.5 years and have the last chance of getting her 1st ever World Cup certificate.

Please give a number where a complaint can be filed. The toll free numbers given on the site is not working and the head office number is not being picked up.

PS: I want to reveal some real unethical and unprofessional practises being carried out in one of your Gurgaon Branch.

Dear Madam,

My son Dhyan Patel is in Nursery class with Kidzee group . I have heard a lot with Kidzee group & their Quality of education but I felt totally opposite experience at KIdzee -Kothrud [Shivtirth nagar] Pune branch whose owner is Ms Neena shah .

I have paid around complete fees 37 K to Kidzee Kothrud, Ms Neena shah.I am enclosing all Receipt in attachment for ready reference. But after that I had to take transfer for my son (Dhyan Patel) from Pune to Ahmedabad (Kidzee Gota 3315 - Kidzee code) . Ms Neena shah(owner of Kidzee Kothrud, Pune) transfer only 4000 rs to Kidzee Gota, ahmedabad branch as adjustment for 3 month which is incorporated with total fees which I paid . When I asked for explanation of adjustment amount on mail communication or in written then She clearly denied to give in written or on mail.

So want to justice & it will also impact on Kidzee brand image . this is not happen only with me i heard a lot with other parents who suffered from Kidzee Kothrud, Pune branch. Ms. Neena shah give only imprtance to money than child's education .


Can you help to get the Written explanation of total fees & why too much less adjustment.

Kidzee - Don't have option to rate below 1 !!!

I admitted my son in Kidzee Sanpada with no proper feedback as I have no time after returning to India. Some one has guided to this branch as accessible. This is a painful lesson learnt for opting the same. Today, I realized that I should have done proper research before admitting in this hell !!

More than education, one can easily learn misbehavior !!

Parents have no right neither in questioning staff nor escalate to higher-ups at head office despite their precious kids are scared, pinched and not sure in what level they are reprimanded !! Instead school staff provoke parents asking their children to get clinical assessment and counseled. They give some examples which are illogical.

Most of the kids were leaving this branch and some of them have faced the similar treatment and could be one of the reasons, admissions are open in this school though out the year !!
Think thrice before admitting !!

Our ward goes to kidzee pre school at sultanpur u.p. from July onwards since we didn't get his summer uniform as well as shoes. School admistrator doesn't giving positive response . We asked many times from school receptionist as well as account for uniform and shoes but her reply is always same that we have put indent but not received yet. When we will received after that we will give to your ward.
Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

Thank you for the post and it is very useful. Playschool is very important for a kid. Parents search for the best place to learn. The best place to enroll tour kid name in such a place like Play School in Velachery for the bright future.

Kidzee Sanpada is a horrible place for tiny tots with horrible teachers and arrogant administrator. Management at head office is least bothered about any complaints and try to bring some psychic counsellors which I feel they themselves should get treated first before starting franchises
