i hv inquired at Kidzee, CDA, CUTTACK branch on the mobile no given on the website-[protected] for transfer of my child from bbsr 2 ctc school, when i called up he asked me the purpose and disconected the phone very rudely.It may be some connection problem i tried again n again he did not responed.Waiting for a day i thought 2 personally visit to ctc for enquiry but my conscience reminded me if the person is irresponsible even to contact to inform what's the matter.How could i leave my child with such authorities.I hv already inform the present school for transfer but fortunately at bbsr school the authorities were very nice 2 accomadate my child.I had a very good image of KIDZEE as i hv seen my child's behaviour .he loves to go kidzee school of Samantavihar, bbsr branch the teacher, mgt has given their best.I hv contacted them over phone their response was very good i personally went before admission.I was pleased with their behaviour which i expected from here also.I donot know what may be the reason but the brand name KIDZEE is not good for all centres.It is the person who runs the organition his attitude n the environment matters .This is my personal view.

Kidzee First Step Garia, Kolkata is pathetic. For the kind of fees collected and the promises made kidzee is doing a very very bad job. We parents go by the brand name and put our wards there to get substandard service. They have more of holidays than working days, and their time for nursery is pathetic. Just two hrs of class where other schools have more time. No activities absolutely no encouragement bad bad management pathetic school.

kidzee yamuna vihar charges extra money as annual quaterly charge despite assuring at time of admission that it will not b charged

my son is studying in vadodara kidzee.
he is in play group, today i go there to pick up him schools.so they told me that Ur not allowed to enter in school time .in initial stage they told very differently u can come any time or total school time period u can sit here now they changed statement
i have to go there early because they don't take care properly my son is eating dust & some hard particles so even they don't care & he climb door etc then also they don't take care
i want to know what are the kidzee rules & regulation
In the admission time they told very nicely & now their behavioUr is spoil kidzee brand name .so give me advice
& their higher authority told that they want whatever they do .KIDZEE BRAND IS NOT INTERFERE THET MATER
VERY RIDICULOUS & EGOASTIC.

Its very bad that they are cleaning the floor with the kids cloth.My kid vomited there, they have changed the dress but with the dress which she wore before vomiting they wiped the floor.Its not a good sign of a good organization.

I was planning to put m y child into KIDZEE. But the horrible reviews here are questioning my decision. I wonder if the fees they charge is by any penny worthy.

Hi This is about the kidzee bracnh that has recently opened in CBD Belapur Navi mumbai.
I took my sons admission in feb'13 with high expectations. They charged me around 7.5 k + 2k as admission fee for some kit and uniform which would be applicable for next year.My son went there only for a day or two and never enjoyed it. Also i wasnt sure of what they were teaching as there was no update give to us on it.
However as we had to move out of the country i wanted to withdraw my son's admission so we approached them well in advance around march'2013. Some one by the name Nisha spoken in the most unfriendly manner and said that they are not ready to refund any amount and if i wish to get the refund i need to find another child to swap the admission. Also we did not get any kind of kit or unfirm from them so i am wondering what they did with the admission fees.
Its really disappointing that an organisation like Zee is opening such poor franchiese..

I am Manish bohara from bangalore, we liked the concept and the curriculum of KIDZEE hence we have admitted our child LAKSH BOHARA to play group in your CHORD ROAD, RAJAJINAGAR branch, Bangalore.
As my wifes mother staying in hyderabad is suffering from a CANCER decease from past 1 month and has to undergo treatment for about a year, so as there is nobody to help her my wife has to be in hyderabad for about 6 months,
therfore i request to kindly transfer my childs admission to the next academic year so he does not miss any of his classes,
the above said matter has already been discussed with Mrs Sowmya of KIDZEE, CHORD ROAD, BANGALORE.

Hence, please help us out in this unfortunate situation

I would like to inform u about Kidzee Sanskar Kakurgachi based in kolkata. One of the teacher named PRIYANKA SHAH was caught stealing one of parent's credit card from playgroup class, child's name Arush. She also did shopping from that card from near by Pantaloon and got caught in CCTV camera. The HEAD and the co-odinator .LAKXMI SHARMA know about it but just for formality P.shah was asked to leave the job and after few days, she again joined the school .She is getting full support of Laxmi sharma and Mrs.Jalan .Many more stealing also happened in this school because of her only.We have complained about Priyanka Shah mam but no strick action has been taken. Is this the system followed by Kidzee that thief are working in school, then what our child will learn ? Kindly take strick action as soon as possible.

i would like to say about Kidzee Sanskar Kakurgachi, here one of the teacher named Priyanka Shah has been caught stealing Parent's credit card, and was caught in CCTV camera while shopping from kakurgachi Pantaloon as FIR was launched by the parents .She was rusticate from the school for few days only but now she again joined the school as she is getting full support of the co-ordinator Mrs.Laxmi Sharma and also Head - Mrs.Santosh Jalan . When we came to know about this incident, we were shocked to see that a teacher who did stealing in school is getting full support from Mrs laxmi sharma . Previously also she did many stealing in school only, but was hidden by Laxmi Sharma as she is also very harsh .Seeing this condition of Kidzee school of Kakurgachi, where Teacher is Thief, what our child will learn from them. I would request u that pls dont appoint this kind of teacher in Kidzee otherwise we will not be able to belive on the Kidzee Brand.

Kindly take strick action against Miss Priyanka Shah and Mrs. Laxmi sharma.

I also followed the big name and burnt my fingers, sorry to say but I do not see any quality control by the Kidzee for the franchise. Last year a new branch got opened near Hoodi Circle and I admitted my child by thinking that the education quality will be very good. My kid is going to the school from January and hasnot learned anything in last 6 months. Principle and staff is always interested in leaves and holidays. They took money ASAP and after that the behaviour of the Principle is changed completely. She started the school 10 days late, started summer vacation 10 days before schedule and not started school again 6 days late and asking kids to come only for 1 hour.
The excuse she gives is always that kids will cry but there is no issues with kids she only intentionally doing this. No space for playing the 25 sqft play area also she is getting construction done to accommodate more kids.
Please keep a quality check for your franchisees so that parents hard-earned money can get proper valued and you also do not loose name.

They didn't even bother what kid is doing in their centre

And they stated about illume education. Did the staff of kidzee model town understand mean of "illume". No activities absolutely no encouragement bad bad management pathetic school.

I have just enroll my kid in kidzee but just only in 3 days i have understand what they are doing. What kind of activities and envoirment they promise all is fake. No out door even not any indoor activities.

Other pre-prepratry schools are full of toys and swings but in odel town there is nothing just only words to say.

Even that they are talking that all the kidzee centres are fully a.C. Now i am going to tell you the truth of model town branch there is not a single fan in fun room. All the classes have only one fan. Isn't it disgusting. All these things are spoiling the image og kidzee so i personally suggest the main branch of kidzee to please stop running this type of brnaches it will only effect your brand image.

I personally will never ever suggest any of the parents to enroll their kid in kidzee.

i got my kid admitted to playschool, kidzee in jaipur on 9th july 2013, then my kid become so much afraid of school that he becomes traumatic.
i am not willing to pressurise him, at this age of 2.6 yrs and send him back to school

now after he had gone for 4 days in school, i want to withdraw my admission and willing to get my admission fee back but none of the authorities are replying back either headoffice or branch.

I want to bring to the notice of Kidzee corporate that all the teachers at Kidzee Bathinda are faces lot of problems, which are mainly created by the co-ordinator and the principal here. First of all they are not giving us appointment letters even after our repeated requests, they are saying that Kidzee don't give appointment letters, secondly they didn't tell us anything at the time of appointment regarding security deposit, we came to know about this only when we reached them for our first salary and they said that it will remain with them as security deposit and after keeping our salary as a security deposit they are not even giving any reciept for the same. Third we are not getting our salary on time, and when we get it they don't give full salary amount and deduct some amount from it by giving xyz reasons. Fourth they are not giving us any clear picture about Kidzee rules and regulations regarding leaves, working hours, working days and other policies, they are making there own rules every second day. It is not only me who is facing these problems, but these are the problems that we all the teachers are facing here. Please send your inspection team and take appropriate action as soon as possible.

My son is studying in Kidzee in Guwahati in play group. Last year at the time of admission they have taken Rs 16000. This year for nursery admission in the month of April'14 administration asking for Rs15000. Kindly advice is it fair and also provide the fees structure of kidzee

Kidzee Rewari, has increase annual fee for this year from 9500 Rs to 15500 Rs and 500 Rs per increase in monthly fee.We thing that there is not control of Kidzee learn group on his partners (Franchees).

They can ask any fee increase and even no improvement in service.

Worstead experience of life, partiality, favourtism, inhuman behaviour by principal at muzaffarpur chhakar maidan branch. Principal n director threat parents. Pathetic infrastructure...school running in a 3 bedroom house. I think zee learn n head office kidzee is sleeping, dont care about their reputation. Thnx for torturing n harrassing us. Well done keep it up.

Hi, I want you to tell the truth about Kidzee Hinjewadi branch, I admitted my ward in nursery and we have given the fees also, but as soon as my ward started going to school the very first day he became frightened, I dont know what happened inside the school premises as they dont even allow to stand in front of the premise.In 1 hr he came back and again on 2nd day my kid went to the school and he started crying and he didnt wanted to go to school, but they have taken them inside forcefully.After 1 hr we went to pick up him, but we saw that he was crying badly and roaming here and there in SUN and there was no one looking after him. We have taken him but he was so frightened and he was shivering. On 3rd day again same thing happened so we decided to talk to the centre head, so when she came she started shouting at us and not listeing us, she said that we can drop the admission.She was very rude with us .So we decided to drop the admission and she has not returned the fees also.I want to tell you that they are taking admissions but they dont have enough space and no teacher was kind and loving to the child.I think now Kidzee is making only money.I request to higher authorities to keep thier eyes on the franchies otherwise it will be a lost name.I request to the parents pl.dont even look kidzee for ur kids.

The above branch may not be a good choice, as the "Kidzee" franchisee is in WRONG HANDS.

Hope the concerned KIDZEE GOVERNING BODY screen the above branch on the day to day activities and the so called Teachers/Caretakers. The initial prescribed kidzee activities on the syllabus and the execution are like both ends of a pole. Also, the children are not given enough attention, not sure if it is due to less ratio of Teachers/Caretakers to Children.

Hope the concerned KIDZEE management have a watch at this branch and retain the brand name KIDZEE.
