My daughter rimsha shiv is studying in kidzee bhopal (Bhavani dham branch) in play group. On 19 dec 14 kidzee have organize annual function, during annual function my daughter had injury over scalp and bleeding is continue that time.During this incident they didn't inform me immediately, i think after 45 minute they announce collect your kid, when we reached green room they said very causally rimsha has injured, and when we asked by them how it happen, they told she fell down only and they said we don't know how it happen. I let you know if she fale down how she wound in her scalp. As per .Dr. Neeti agrwal said sharp thing is hit in her head.
During this incident namrata tiwari (Franchisee owner) her behavior was so rude and irresponsible.She told us parents are entering in green room that's why rimsha has fell down, may i know who is responsible, and why you didn't stopped to parent to enter in green room.
Namrata tiwari was also misbehaving to our relative she said to my relative you are not authorized to complaining for all this.She did not accepted her mistake.We all are very disappointing from namrata tiwari (Franchisee owner) & kidzee, there was no proper management.
I am mentioning below few point that i don't have any suitable answer for kidzee bhavani dham branch.
1. Why you have arranged annual function in evening time because in play group all kid between 2 to 3 year. (Yesterday all students has come school at 2.15 pm and annual function continues will be till 9 p.M)
2 this session in bhavani dham kidzee from july to till date rimsaha class teacher has regularly change, i think till date 5 to 6 teacher has changed why?
As a parents we all are very disappoint with your kidzee brand and it is very shameful like zee group. I am eagerly waiting for your reply.

This is to place on record that in
the year 2009 I took a franchise of KIDZEE Pre-school for which I invested more
than Rs.17 to 20 lacs. For inauguration of such preschool I was compelled to
take one premises on rent after paying a handsome amount of premium. For running
the school I obtained license as franchisee from your concern. I paid fees for
Play Equipments, Centre Promotion. I also made several advertisements for such
new centre of the Kidzee Pre-School. For those reasons I could not start the
school in the year 2009 but on and from 2010 I started to run the school.
As you were satisfied, you renewed
the franchisee in the year 2012 on November (franchisee till valid up-to
February 23, 2013) and I paid a sum of Rs.25, 000/-(twenty five thousand)
towards renewal fees. Surprisingly enough, though I have complied all the
formalities, your office concern never supplied any copy of the renewal agreement.
On several occasions I requested for supply of such documents. I also did not
receive any certificate (since 2009 to till date) from your end and despite
request no operation manual was supplied to me.
At the very initiation, Mr. Avijit
Goswami, Zonal Manager of Kolkata, Mr. Partha Mukherjee, Regional Manager,
& Mr. Shuvobroto, Marketing Manager
allured me for taking franchise and had given a rough estimation to the tune of
Rs. 6 to 7 lacs and they assured me as per their business project that such
Kidzee Pre School is a profiting organization. Ultimately, I found that those
people of Kolkata Office did not inform me actual state of affair for which I
got a very paltry income than that of my investment.
Sorry to intimate you that I was
constrained to sell out my land, building, vehicle, gold ornaments to run such
business apart from the fact that I took loan from bank & privet also.
That to run a school of your
organization I could not send my sons for last few months to their schools and
I could not afford their tuition fees.
On 17.12.2014 at about 12.58 p.m. .
I received one email from your end my TMM Ratna
Routh, other TMM Avijit Manna and
former Zonal Manager of Zee Learn
Kolkata Mr.Avinash Kundalia without any notice visited to my preschool before
getting such notice and thereafter I received such mail and I was intimated
that for non compliance of certain rules I had to pay a sum of Rs. 2.75 lacs
towards fine. I also issued a reply through email but till date I did not get
any reply to my said email.
For last one month (since 31st
December 2014 to 2nd February 2015) I over telephone (31st
December2014 Ratna, on 6th January Vijoysree) and through diverse
mails ( 12th January, 17th January, 21st
January & 27th January ) asked the authority i.e. Zonal Head Vijayshree
Lakhotia, TMM Ratna Routh what would be the fees structure for the year 2015
academic year, when would be 2015 ekidzee tab open but they are quite silent
and somehow they have prevented my access to their network. That there was a
special offer i.e. “Maha Login Days” commencing from 15th January
2015 to 21st January 2015. On the first occasion on 15th
Jan I made a contact with TMM Ratna Routh over telephone and she only answered “I
would see to it” and on 21st Jan again I sent email but no reply was
received by me, their after my centre miss that offer.
Now from 4th February
2015 to till date disconnected my connection with ekidzee side and as a result
thereof I cannot get any access to the said network, for indent, Repeat indent
etc. Peculiarly enough, off and on without any notice the people of Kolkata Zonal
Office have been disturbing as well as none cooperating to run the school and
some unknown persons are also visiting in preschool claiming themselves as they
are the authorized persons of Zee Learn Ltd. These none cooperation is making
difficulty to run the said preschool.
I also issued an email to IT Help
Desk of Zee Lean ( [protected]@zeelearn.com) on 05th
February 2015 at 8.51 am but till date I can’t get any reply. In the meantime the school is getting a good
reputation and Hon’ble Chief Minister of West Bengal Mrs. Mamata Banerjee was
invited on 13.2.2014 so that on 21st day of February, 2014 (our
Annual day) Her Majesty could adorn the annual function. So many dignitaries
were present on the day of function.
In such situation it compels me to
intimate you that often we receive broken CD, torn winter uniform, missing
materials from material boxes. Sometimes our goods are sent by Kolkata warehouse
thought Currier service to other school and inspire of repeated requests I do
not receive the same.
The misbehavior of Kolkata Zonal
Office is intolerable and their non-cooperation should be known to you to save
reputation of Kidzee Pre-School covering the big area of our country. Having no
other alternative I am compelled to intimate you so that I can run the school
properly after getting the operation manual and knowing the terms of the
institution and I am entitled to get reconnection in Zee Learn Limited so that
I can operate the tab otherwise I shall have no other alternative than to
commit suicide or to take drastic steps for your Kolkata Zonal Office. At
present I am totally dark about the next step to run the school and there is
none to help me apart from you in this regard.
I shall be highly obliged if you kindly consider my problems and
take necessary action.

I have complain regarding Kedzee, Morabadi, Ranchi, Jharkhand. The franchise owner Mr. Rajiv is just interested for the money from parents. Before the admission I was getting repeated call for admission. After getting admitted my kid became ill due to the dusty & unhealthy school environment, but I have not complained about it. During his absence from school for about 10 – 15 days there was not a single call from school. After this break I mentally prepared my kid for school but school authority has not provided the kit. Today it is April 5th 2015 and even after 4 months have not received the kit yet, when I called Mr. Rajiv for the kit first he told its late from Ked zee itself and during mid of conversation he cut the phone, he didn’t receive even after many calls. His behavior is not upto the mark and not of good taste too.
Is it the manner we are sending our kids to learn there? Very disappointed and irritated too. I am looking for good school nearby and never send him there.
Now I need my full money to be refunded as he has cheated me. He charged Rs. 11350/- for admission and asked for Rs.1100 as monthly charge for nursery class.
Do mediate and resolve it from your end.

This is very sorry to say I am totally hopeless about my kidzee branch to see what they are behaving with my 2.5 yr old kid..they are shouting some time they beat and today is their movie day and they are showing them the Hindi movie Krisna Aur Kans..For a kid this is full of violation full of ruthless and horror movie..Most of the children crying and the stuffs are shouting to stop their crying...Is this a way to behave then what should be the behave of the parents to their kidzee...

Kidzee HSR Sector 6 Bangalore - Kidzee HSR Sec-6 Bangalore is refusing to return advance payment fee as I am moving out of country
Hi, My kid studied LKG in HSR Layout Sector-6, Bangalore 9in session 2014. For next academic session 2015, we were asked to pay advance payment of 14000/- INR for UKG in January. But unfortunately I need to move to out of country. I informed the same in school on 16th May before the academic session starts. When I contacted, they said, it can not be refunded and its already paid to franchise. Speak to franchise. I tried reaching franchise, he is not reachable. School also said, in future if some kid comes in place of him, we may return but can not guarantee.My concern is school can not take some body's money which we have not utilized for anything related to new session. Finally I have decided that the fact should come to your notice. On 30th Mar 2015, I admitted my daughter Ms Chitrakshi Dey (3 Years) in your Play School located in L C Road, Manoramnagar, Dhanbad, Jharkhand, PIN- 826001. The class started on 6th of April but after 3-4 days, my child was scared to go to your school. I immediately
contacted with principal to know the fact and come to know that due to language problem (We are basically from Kolkata, WB) the child did not understand (Hindito English) the direction of the teachers.

I have asked to return the admission money and Principal Madam spoken with Mr. Mukesh ([protected]) and told me he is the franchisee of this school and will return the money (may be kit money will be deducted). I told pls return the rest amount and give me the kit.
The above discussion was continuing till 1st week of May and I met personally with Mr. Mukesh who promised to return the admission fees. After many follow ups Mr. Mukesh finally told before summer vacation to submit one application stating refund of admission fees and on 14th May I have submitted the application to the principal based on which amount will be refunded.
Surprisingly when I have spoken with Mr. Mukesh, told me as summer vacation started, we can’t process your request. Pls contact after 16th Jun. After 16th Jun again I contacted with Mr. Mukesh but received many promises but no refund. Again he asked me to provide my bank a/c details which I sent on 1st of July and on 3rd July he told me that your refund cheque is prepared and someone from their side will deposit the same in your a/c. Till now no amount is credited in my account.
I am working in a private company in sales and many a times I’ll be out of Dhanbad for job purpose. It’s difficult to visit your school for follow up. I have admitted my child with lot of hopes in your school and my family is also shifted to dhanbad but for such incident I bound to shift them in Kolkata. Such kind of incident is really not acceptable from such kind of renowned school spread across india. Many discussions I had with Principal and Mr. Mukesh which I don’t want to disclose about scareness of my child. Kindly let me know the status of my refund ASAP and pray to GOD that such kind of situation should not happen with any parents.

On 30th Mar 2015, I admitted my daughter Ms Chitrakshi Dey (3 Years) in your Play School located in L C Road, Manoramnagar, Dhanbad, Jharkhand, PIN- 826001. The class started on 6th of April but after 3-4 days, my child was scared to go to your school. I immediately
contacted with principal to know the fact and come to know that due to language problem (We are basically from Kolkata, WB) the child did not understand (Hindito English) the direction of the teachers.

Dear concerned, I would like to complain about kidzee school, Sinhagad road, pune MH. My child studies in junior kg in the said school. At their time of admission in the month of June 2015, the staff at the front desk agreed when we told her that we will be paying fees in three installments, first of 13000 Rs in June and second of 10000 Rs on august 2nd, and the last one of 10000 Rs will be paid before the end of first semester before diwali. She consulted with principal Rohini Khalate and confirmed the same. Now when first two installments have already been paid by us, principal rohini called us up insisting on making payment of the remaining last installment of 10000 Rs immediately saying that there is an audit and it is not a small amount. If it was agreed upon that the last installment will be paid before first semester ends how can the principal insist on immediate payment on 10th august. If it was required to pay the last installment before August end the school should have insisted on that while taking the admission so that we could have decide whether or not to take admission to this school based on by when can we manage to pay fees. Just to get admission they agreed to this while admission and after two months they are taking a complete U- turn. Also even after paying Rs 23000 out of total fees of Rs 33000, our child still has not received kit consisting of books, which means the academic is suffering. Kindly take an urgent note of this. I want to complain about kidzee kovilambakkam.. Chennai.. A worst school I ve ever see. They run a poor management. I really don't know how did kidzeegave approval for this centre. No work sheets are given to the kids. And they just have 1 work sheet for 5 kids. And no activities are made for the kids. just to cheat the parents they show of with some activities made by the teachers. But truly saying kids are not given and proper guidance. They speak really very bad words among the teachers.. the centre manager and the maids used to eat all the snacks brought by the kids. Poor kids don't even know to say that their snacks are not eaten by them.. very pathetic. We join our kids for their brand name but there is nothing inside.. pls take action..

4. Teachers hit students brutally and principal keeps hiding it from parents. No action has been taken on the teacher even after multiple complaints by multiple parents. School replies that the kids were playing and thats how the child got hit.
5. There is no management in terms of class capacity and play ground area. there is hardly 30Sq Ft area for 60 students to play.
There is no quality control at all from Kidzee and the trust is getting spoiled everyday. Please take care of things before it goes off.

Kidzee...is a money making racket. They obtain no permissions and just set up their shop anywhere they wish with scant regard for education, the locality and all norms. Kidzee recently opened a school in my locality by flexing muscles violating all norms of Goa Education Board. Look at what education they provide for kids of 1.5 years and look at the huge fees they charge. Try to understand that they are just another money making racket than you think that they are imparting education.
Kidzee schools are mushrooming in Goa in the name of education and child care. This is false, they are a money making racket, a big syndicate to empty out your pockets. They obtain no required permissions, they set up their franchise anywhere not caring about the neighborhood, surrounding, parking places, welfare of the child and congest them in small flats or houses.
As such, a school suddenly appeared in a residential house in the village of Seraulim, South Goa. The residential house is so small, not even good enough to house 20 children but they have jam packed 80 enrollments. Their fees are above the sky, not to mention, they are ripping the parents and spoiling the children. This is not education. They have advertised to enroll children of 1.5 years of age, can a child of 1.5 years talk? What will they teach to such a child?
The franchise operator is one Vanita Singh who have no regards for the locality like the house owner that rented out the place for the sake of making money. Checks with the education department in Goa revealed that they are running illegal business, documents obtained through RTI clearly states that they have no permissions of any sort but they are using an inward reference of Goa education Board which is fake. Vanita Singh can be sued for misleading the public in the name of education.
Beware, save your money and educate your child in a registered school and not in a money making centre like KIDZEE.
They are now served a STOP NOTICE by the local Panchayat and the cut off date is 2nd May, 2016, let us see if they will try to force stay, other remedies will follow so they can see reason.
