[Resolved] Kingfisher Airlines / Yatra.com — Non Refund of Money after ticket cancellation | |
This is with reference to my reservation thru' Yatra.com(X84723 / / FIKKWP) : Travelling from IXJ-CCU IT 603 on 16 DEC 2012.I have cancelled this reservation on 26th March.However I haven't got £164 back from the airlines. It's a shame that you have ceased operations to CCU but not refunding money of the customers. Please confirm if you are going to refund it. Was this information helpful? | |

cancellation — non-refund of cancelled ticket money
Dear SirI had booked one ticket on 1/04/2009 for travelling from Mumbai to Kumta. Due to postpone of journey I had cancelled the ticket same day. Ticket number was T03W77825164 The ticket was booked through my HDFC bank credit card and Rs 1326/- was deducted from my SB Account. However till date I have not got the refund of the cancelled ticket. HDFC bank adviced me to contact you for the same. Please look into the matter and release the refund.

Yatra.com — Non refund of cancelled ticket
Hi,I had booked a ticket for my mother from Bangalore to Delhi on 20th May 2011. Then our plans changed and I wanted to cancel the ticket. I called yatra.com customer care no. [protected] on 21/June/2011 and they told me the cancellation charges. I confirmed that and they processed the cancellation and told that the amount will be credited back to my a/c within 3 working days. I checked again on 27/June/2011 morning that neither the ticket status was shown as cancelled nor the ticket amount has been credited back. I called again on customer care and they said that ticket got cancelled on 21/Jume/2011 and I will get the refund by 3 working days. When I asked them why they are taking more time there was no answer. When I asked for supervisor / higher authority the customer care lady hung up the phone. I am suspicious as these people have really cancelled my ticket or not. Please help me getting my money back.

Cancellation of I-Tickets — Non Refund Of Money
Dear sir,Myself P. Hema residing at 34/59, Nallan Pattari Big Street Kosapet Vellore Tamil Nadu, i want to bring your kind attention for the following facts
a) on 7.5.2009 (Day) i booked waiting list ticket through internet for journey towards Katpadi to Erode on train no. 2675 in the name of Dhanush Kumar, Gurulatha, Agila, Girija, Jhansi and Kausalya amounting Rs. 513, i cancelled the ticket By Online.
b)the printed matter on cancellation ticket was pnr no.[protected] transaction ID [protected] can fee 145 refund 393
c) when scarched the cancellation procedure on irctc, there i found
" Cancellation of I-Tickets can be done at any computerised reservation counter across the country and a cancellation ticket obtained. NO CASH REFUND will be given. Bank charges that are being levied by the Payment Gateways/Banks are not subject to refund in the event of cancellation of tickets by the Customer. Service Charge is also not refundable. The refund amount will be credited to the respective account electronically, the following day of cancellation"
i have not received any refund i shall be grateful i[censored] pl take some pain for me to recover the same
