[Resolved]  Kinley Mineral Water — supply is very poor

continuosly for one week I called our supplier to deliver few 25 litre bottles. But they did not supply. So I decided to quit using Kinley water. please let me know how I can get my deposit back.

I totally agree that the service of S R Water is simply poor. They have to be reminded half a dozen times and they make empty promises. I feel that Kinley authorities should give distribution ship to additional persons who have the ability to supply atleast within 24 hours. Also they should monitor their services periodically. Mind you that people are waiting to shift loyalties when they find a better service provider.

I am consumer of kinley drinking water from supplier Bose Enterprise 68G, Purnadas Road, kolkata-29 since April 2011.Everytime, I face difficulty to get drinking water from your company through the above supplier.After 4-5 times telephonic calls, they supplied which are very irregular.
Recently on 3rd october 2011, I contacted the above supplier for drinking water but she refused to give supply during durga puja holidays upto 6th october 2011.Supply of drinking water mostly comes under essential services and stopping of such supply without giving any prior information is not only problematic for the consumer but shows highly irresponsible behaviour of the supplier.The attitude and the behaviour of the supplier is very rude towards consumers.

In the above circumstances, it is requested to take immediate action against the supplier and also restore the proper and timely supply of drinking water.It is also requested to intimate the name of other suppliers at Ballygunge/Gariahat area(kolkata-29), so that we can get timely supply of drinking water as per our requirement.
We are consumers(Flyjac Logistics Pvt Ltd, 25-32, 1st Floor, Readymade Garment Complex, Guindy, Chennai-32) of Kinley drinking water in guindy branch. We are getting 10 CANS from Kinley daily. Your distributors are giving very poor supply. We are not getting water on time. We are getting water late, that too after many calls and reminders. To solve this, we had asked atleast for extra 5 CANS of Kinley daily to avoid deficiency of water problem. But we had not even got extra CANS daily even after many requisitions. So, we are suffering daily. This had became an endless issue. Even after complaining to higher levels, there's no solution.
Supply is not only poor, the 20 litre jars are having leaks.

I am a customer in Chenni. My customer ID 47870. This time I booked a refill on 19th and I am yet to get the supply. Last time I had to make a complaint to various people to get a refill. Water is not a scarce item like cooking gas. And coca cola being an international brand should not continue this business if they cannot supply a can of water in two days. What a sorry state of affairs Will the company look into this and pull us the concerned. My mobile no. is[protected]. Grateful if some one can call me and check.
I too have quit Kinley supply because of the same reason. I Now want to know how to get the deposit back. Because inspiteof repeated request to the customer care, supply manager, can closure section, of SR Water. to close my accournt, take back their empty cans & refund the deposit, no respone or action till date, since the past 2 months. lethargic attitude & poor service.

Terrible, horrible service by Kinley. I would advise anyone planning to buy water not to do so from Kinley. They do not deliver the water even after a hundred calls, they simply ignore your calls after that. I have spoken to everyone from the manager to branch in charge- absolutely no response. They do not bother to even refund the money...Why set up a company if you cant be bothered to deliver water? I am thinking of taking legal action against them. Can anyone let me know how to go about it?
I am customer of kinley water for the past 10 years and the service was good.But of late the supply is delayed for 3-5 days and to get water we have to follow up continuosly. It is very difficult to get the phone line and by chance I get the line the reply will be there will be delay as there is no sufficient cans available. Coco-cola being the largest selling company it is a sorry state of affairs that the customer service is not being taken care to ensure water supply. The new bottles of Kinley are of inferior quality which could cause tremendous damage to the reputation of the company. Kindly provide bottles with good quality plastic and uphold the name of kinley because the name of the company is not only preserved by the quality of the water but also of the bottle.

What is this stupidity of selling rs.18 bottle at the cost of rs. 20. At place ansal, gaziabad.
Kinlay is cheating. I never expect this behaviour from kinlay.
I am also faciing the same problem with kinlay. They are not at all responding properly. I think
Kinlay is stopped their services.

I am based in Gurgaon and for the past one month the supply of Kinley water has been very erratic and this week I have not got any water at all. I am an old customer and our usage is 3 big bottles a week and am suffering for being a loyal customer. I am getting replies like the plant is shut, the supply of empty bottles is not there (apparently they need 22k and they have 8k ) etc. I have contacted everywhere from the dealer to the ASM to Coca Cola helpline but to no avail. Seems like the company doesn't need its customers! Without any clear indication on when the problem, if at all, be resolved, I have already started looking elsewhere... It is the same case with other people in my locality.
