I HAVE BEEN BUYING KINLEY MINERAL WATER 20 LITRE BOTTLES FOR A YEAR NOW. THE WATER USED TO BE GOOD. HOWEVER FOR 3 TO 4 DAYS I HAVE NOTICED THAT THE WATER IS NOT OF GOOD QUALITY AND THE TASTE IS LIKE TUBE WELL WATER - BRACKISH. I WOULD LIKE THE COMPANY TO DO SOMETHING IMMEDIATELY ABOUT IT. THE DEALER'S NAME IS MR. SHANKAR BANIK, P.K. ENTERPRISE, A/27, NEW RAIPUR, KOLKATA - 84. THE BOTTLE WAS SEALED AND YET THE WATER WAS OF POOR QUALITY. THE DEALER SAID THAT I SHOULD COMPLAIN GIVING THE BATCH NUMBER OF THE BOTTLE. BUT THE BATCH NO IS PRINTED ON THE CAP OF THE BOTTLE AND WE THREW THE CAP AFTER OPENING THE BOTTLE. I REQUEST THE COMPANY TO MAKE QUALITY CONTROL TESTS IN THEIR FACTORY IN KOLKATA AND ALSO TO CONDUCT SURPRISE QUALITY CONTROL VISITS.
