hi i applied for kolte patil shares .i applied for 40 shares at cut off price. the amount was 5800.the shares were not alloted to me .so i am waiting for my refund.i checked for the refund at my old address.but i couldnt get it .so i want my refund at my new address(.G-6 nirman park ,kancharapalem.visakhapatnam)my application no is 12317887.my icici dp account no.is 53075999 and my dp id is IN303028.please help me to get my refund back. thanking you rajkumar chaturvedi Was this information helpful? | |

I have been chasing the team to allow me to visit the site so that i can check the quality of work and also there are some of my family members who need to look the Flat.
They give us reason that there was some incident happened at the site and hence visits are not allowed, However if you are inquiring about new flat than they allow the customer to visit the site.
1. Which means Kolte-Patil do not bother to customers once the booking is done. They are only sales oriented.
2. The quality of work is getting comprised and hence they do not want customers to come and watch the site.
3. I feel the first reason my be more appropriate as They had committed a Gold Voucher to me at the time of booking of Rs. 1.25 Lacs and were supposed to deliver within 90 days of the agreement my agreement was done on 30Sep-22 and yet i have not yet received. they have committed for 10-Feb hope i get it by today EOD.
Please look into my compalint and guide me if the issue not resolved i need to cancel the flat booking and file a compliant againt them for getting my refund back for the agreement cost.
