I (Sandesh Pawar) am requesting a refund for the ATMOS PROJECT.
As per our agreement, I had paid a sum of INR 3, 53, 618 on 30th July 2023 as a token amount for booking the flat. However, due to unforeseen financial constraints that have arisen, I am unable to proceed with the purchase as planned. I filled your refund form and completed formalities on 8th August 2023, Prior to that I mailed as well. After that as per your policy I waited till 45 days.After that I mailed multiple times to authorities, tried contacting them.
Since then, I have not received accurate information about my refund. According to your policy, I waited longer than 45 days.
Now I expect KOLTE PATIL Builders to adhere to their policy and act accordingly.
