I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the conduct of one of your CRM executives, Anand Lohar. My recent interactions with him have been extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
On multiple occasions, I have experienced rude behavior from Mr. Lohar during our phone conversations. Not only has he used inappropriate slang, but his tone and manner have been completely unacceptable. Specifically, during a recent call regarding a loan disbursement query, he remarked, "Ulat tumchya kadun mala yena ahe, " which I found highly unprofessional and offensive.
Moreover, Mr. Lohar has consistently failed to respond appropriately to my emails. He has either ignored my replies or sent incorrect information without addressing my concerns. For instance, he previously sent the wrong plan/layout, and despite my follow-ups, he continued to send irrelevant emails without reading my responses.
As a customer, I believe it is crucial to receive respectful and professional communication from your team. Unfortunately, Mr. Lohar’s behavior has fallen far short of this standard. I have already informed your sales team about this issue, but no action seems to have been taken.
I request an immediate escalation of this matter and a replacement of Mr. Lohar as my CRM contact. If this issue is not addressed promptly, I will have no choice but to bring this matter to higher authorities or your management team.
