[Resolved]  koryo microwave oven — not working properly

Microwave Oven — MICROWAVE PLATE

I bought a IFB Microwave oven in october 2007 and unfortunately it got repaired in november. I raised a complaint and the company sent the executive. The executive on inspection informed that the motor is out of order and will require 3 weeks since the spare part was out of stock. Since then neither i am able to trace the executive nor any response from call centre is futile. Finally i was shocked last week that my complaint has been closed completely adn i raised a frewsh complaint

Its a shame for a company like IFB to offer such a poor service to customers

I am in delhi and it will be great if someopne can provide me the top level heads number in IFB so that i can escalate this issue to tje max...

ON 4TH OCT. WE THREE OF FAMILY MEMBERS WENT TO MALL T HERE IN E-ZONE DISPLAYED "BUY TWO KORYO MICROWAVE OVEN AND GET ONE MIXTURE GRINDER FREE'" AS I HAD TO BUY 2MICRO WAVE FOR GIFT, THE SCHEME ATTRACTED US AND AFTER MANY DISCUSSION WITH THE SALES MAN WE FINALLY DECIDED TO GO FOR IT AND ACCORDINGLY PAID RS.7777/- (SINGLE KORYO MICROWAVE ON DISPLAY COSTING APPROX. 3500/-OF SAME MODEL).AFTER LAPS OF TWO WEEKS TODAY THEY SENT ONLY MIXTURE GRINDER (AFTER NOS. OF REMINDERS WITHOUT ANY RESPONCE) . AND ONLY ONE MICROWAVE IS TO BE SEND ON NEXT MONDAY.IN BILL ALSO SCHEME WAS NOT MENTIONED AND WE HAVE ALSO NOT NOTICED THE SAME.NOW THEY SAY THAT THERE WAS NO SUCH SCHEME. IT IS CLEAR CUT A CASE O[censored]NETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE AND MUST BE CHECKED AND PANELISED ACCORDINGLY. AND. I REQUEST FOR REFUND.

I had alrerady purchase Micro walve Oven Kroya company on dated 26.10.2010 but Last two month My Oven Do not run. After i Booked my compliane in koryo helpline & Kroya authorise delar in surat but till date there nop reply of my compaline only one answer the spare is not avaliable

This above message i listen last two month & I think Kroya compliane service very hopless company

i suggest your guyes do not any purchase for kroya company Appliances

I purchase a koryo 20 ltrs. microwave oven on dt.02.04.11 at big bazar.but I contact your dealer at sahid Nagar, Bhubaneswar, but there is no respond.

koryo microwave oven — Received Defective plate

We purchased Microwave Oven 2 months back & we have got defective plate, we are not been able to use it because of it, we have complained several times the service team has not even bothered to even come and check.

Request you to kindly look into this issue on serious note.
