[Resolved] Koryo Washing Machine — No service in warranty | |
I had purchased a Koryo 2 kg washing machine from Big Bazaar in October 2008. The machine stopped functioning in February 2009. I have been following up with the customer service people, company reps and the service centre, all to no avail. There is a capacitor problem which they are refusing to fix on the plea that spares are not available. Customer service is not even taking calls now (they either do not pick up or disconnect). Koryo — SPARKING in Washing Machine
Dear sir i purchase a washing mechine before 15 day but from last nightthe mechine is making electric sparking in side of mechine
i am very unhappy wid this product.
can u suggest me what should i do.
