Sir, I have been issued credit card no.[protected] from Kotak mahindra bank. But I have not received my monthly statement till date. I also contacted customer care but due to limited talking time, my complaint could not be completed. Dear sir,

I have been asked to pay Rs. 672.32 by 10th. March 2009 from Kotak Bank on 3rd. March 2009 against my credit card account no [protected] through sms. But till date I have not received the payment statement. I have informed the same vide my email on 10 th. and 12 th. March 2009 to Kotak Bank but no reply received.

However would please tell me should I pay the bank without checking the particulars of the dues and it is mandatory without checking the bill one should pay immediately on the basis of a sms only.
