[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — amount | |||
Respected sir This is Sandesh Kumar I have Kotak Mahindra bank credit card and credit card number [protected] I had used 15000/-on 14/10/2012 from my card the amount is debited and for merchant it has not been credited I called up customer care they told it has been debited from your credit card there telling to wait for 15days . I asked them are paying any interest for 15days there said no if we make one day late there charge so interest. Was this information helpful? | |||

i have received the card statement there have sent me the amount 15000/- which i have not used only is there any lawyer who can help and file a case against the bank

This is further in reference to your blog posted in social media website and our subsequent conversation regarding the concerns raised pertaining to the disputed transaction.
With regards to our subsequent transaction we wish to clarify that the transaction of Rs. 15, 000/- dated October 14, 2012 is successful. However as claimed by you that the merchant has not received the proceeds of the transaction we request you to kindly fill the enclosed Customer Dispute form and submit the signed copy with the proof of payment done by you by your other bank credit card.
Further we also request you to take the issue directly with the merchant for the resolution of the complaint.
