i sunil gupta have received a loan amount of Rs. 106667/-only at dated: 31 Aug. 2011, but sanctioned amount is Rs. 121582/-. from the bank. I called multiple times continuously to the concerned authority manager Mr. Yudhvir(Ph.No. [protected])& Mr. Nitin Arora(Ph. No. [protected]) Branch in Laxmi Nagar (Kotak Mahindra Bank) but he is not responding to me. I am continiously paying the monthly EMIs. Sir Please help me to recover my balance amount. This is sandesh kumar from Bangalore I have taken car loan from kotak mahindra bank my loan account number is CF-7601389 I am having loan from 2yrs for the 1st time emi got return on 20th Dec from collection there called me up I said I am out of station so please come and collect 26th Dec but today morning executive has gone to my fatherinlaw house for emi amount when I had said that I will be paying emi by Thursday when asked executive he said his manger has told to go home and collect when I spoke to the manger imran I was talking very bad words and saying that u have taken amount from bank give it and taking like rowdy sum is any lawyer there to taken action about this kind of harassment from collection department I have not told that I won't give.I was out of station so for the 1st emi out return 1st bank people give us loan and do rowdy sum
