[Resolved]  Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd — NOT RECEIVING SERVICE

Dear Sir
I am vikas Agarwal from Hyderabad holding pro current account no [protected] with customer relation number 25960976, when ever I am vesting the nampally branch to withdraw the cash I am not receiving proper service from the branch manager he is saying that he is having problem with our account, the service manages is talking very rashly with us when ever we need some help, I[censored] people not able to give a service to the customer why U open the Bank
I have facing the problem continuously, and lot of inconvenience
