I had opened (unfortunately) Kotak ULIP on 9-Jan-2009. My Policy Number is 01460451.
During opening of the policy, One of the kotak representative Ms. Poonam Rohra([protected], poonam.[protected]@kotak.com) told me during opening of the policy that locking period is 3 years and after that amount can be with drawn at any point of time. But after 3 years I came to know that First premium can not be withdrawn as policy term is 3 years.
Now how can i retrieve that amount? She is not even responding to my e-mail and calls.
I was cheated by Kotak Representative/ Frauds
