Hi Sir,
My Saving account has been blocked due to non transaction of account for one year.
i have given request for activation of my account on 13th May 2011 and submitted all required hardcopy of documents (PAN CARD /DL/Application) for activation of account.the bank executive communicated that account get activated in max 3 working days, but it has been more then 10 days my account is still not activated and request is under process.
Whenever i call customer care they ask to wait for 3 more working days and when i call to branch they do not pick call. the bank service is frustating and also no one treating the request seriously.i am not able to withdraw the balance amount from my a/c.
i am in helpless state and also its frusttating situation.
Could you please help me out and take required action, my a/c details are as below
