Kotak Mahindra Bank — worst customer service | |||
I am experiencing your horrible customer service for last few days. Your personal loan executive collected all the documents from me from ghatkopar west branch before 13 days and since then not picking up my calls. I am unable to know the status of my loan request. kotak will be responsible if my documents are misused. as a genuine customer I am going to post this everywhere I can till I get response.
