[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Prime Ltd — Car loans | |
I have applied for a new car loan in Kotak through a thrid party(Jeba Associates) outsourced by kotak.They promised me to get 80% of the Ex showroom price of the vehicle, So I signed all the documents and a I gave ECS for loan repayment as well. At the time the associate asked me Rs2400 towards the loan proceesing. Unfortunately at the time of releasing my loan amount the Associate (Mr.Wahid) to whom I hand over the documents called me and said Kotak has approved only 70% of the vehicle cost to you. So I said don't process my loan till I say yes. But Jeba associates didn't bother to hear me and the proceessed my loan with Kotak. One fine day I received the loan aggrement from Kotak saying that my loan got approved for Rs5, 4000. I was shocked to see that. Immediatley I called up Wahid and asked why the loan got processed and I said I want to cancel it. The next day Jeba singh threatned me that you can't cancel this loan, if you cancel you will become a defaulter and you will be black listed in CIBIL. Finally I went directly to Kotak Mahidra prime ltd, Pantheon Road, Egmore with my loan aggrement copy. There I was requested to meet Ms. Vijayashree for the same. I explained her everything from the begining and she said the fund has been released to Lanson Toyota and she said we can't do anything now. Again, I asked her I want to cancel the loan and I want the refund of processing fee I paid towards the loan Rs.2400. She said we never entertain our representatives to collect money from customers in cash. I asked he is your outsourced associate and how can you claim that you are not responsible. The argument continued but I felt really frustrated. At last she said if you want to cancel the loan you need to pay the processing fees (Rs 4500), the interst for the amount held by Lanson toyota for 15 days Everything summed up to Rs 14000, I came back saying that I'll pay this after a month. In two weeks I got an sms that an amont of Rs 18, 840 was deducted from my account for the first month EMI. I didn't get the loan but the ECS was processed. I called back Kotak to refund my EMI. They said we will refund after deducting all the charges for not taking the loan. Still my struggle towards getting the refund is going on... I, Vishal Gupta having a Car Loan and my Maruti Car No.DL9C J7783, White Colour has been stolen on dated 11.10.2008. I have already informed to Shahdara Police Station under FIR No.320/2008 dated 17.10.2008.
The above mentioned vehicle was purchased from T.R.Sawhney Motors, Gokul Puri, Delhi (True Value)
I have already paid my 02 EMI (Nov. & Dec.), but i want to stop all future installment untill settlement of Insurance claim. Please give me a written letter that you will be adjusted my whole EMI amount with Insurance Claim and Loan sanction amount.

Stop all payments by written instructions to your bank and wait till the representative contacts you.

I had avail a car loan from KMPL.My agreement no. is CF - 4899618.At the time of loan KMPL had sale a inshuance planto me .The payment was made to inshurance co by KMPL.When i received the policy documents it was not fit to me.I made the policy freelook & the payment of 15000 of insurance plan was send to KMPL. But the same was not credited in my A/C & KMPL charges the interest on 15000 from me. I have applied for new Car loan 15 days back. Till date I did not get my application number. But the executive took all the documents including agreement. No disbursement of money till today, 3 working days from the date of taking agreement.
No response either from executive or from the supervisors and above authorities. Till date they have not given whether they are going to release the money or not, shall I have to go for other banks loan.
Till date how many people are hanging like this becuase of Kotak (KMPL) like this I do not know.
This is really very frustrating situation one can feel, who literally waiting to drive out new car and banks like this are hanging them.

The EMI deduction date is 5th of every month but there is no deduction every month i have reached around 100 people for the reason even i have also talked to my salary account ICICI bank from where EMI has to be deducted but i m not getting where is the problem.
Some people says ECS is not updated some people say talk to manager talk to SR. manager he will take care of you. Every one is transferring call to one or the other but no result is coming .I m facing this problem from the day the EMI is started.I have given 8 cheque of my salary account on the first day of car loan but where are my cheques and where is the deduction i dont have any idea .
One lady called me from kotak bank one day she says you have penalty of insufficient funds i can send u the screen shot of my account in which every month there is amount more than the Emi .
Please stop making fool of customer i am seriously spoiled with your service. I have money in my account there is no-deduction and i have to pay penalty as well as stress for non deduction.
This kind of behaviour towards client is ridiculous.

I am a car loan existing customer of kotak mahindra prime ltd. As I have taken the loan on 2014 & after my financial hardship I have paid my dues earlier. As on today only one emi is pending on my car loan account due to last bounced chq for 8863/. Suddenly yesterday some Mr Jamal of recovery called me & also he called my wife regarding recover the pending 8863/. After that he has given threatening to my wife that he will spoil her prestige on road & her office. Its a serious issue for woman harassment. I want to know that its a financial house or den of antisocial. Being a Muslim guy how can he ruined & spoil the prestige of a hindu woman...that I want to see. He also told us that his manager Mr Sukhendu instructed him to do this. Where as I know Mr Sukhendu is a real gentleman. But Mr Jamal repeatedly told us that as par management instruction he has done the episode. I[censored] people unable to take care on that I shall go to Lal Bajar police head quarter to FIR against Mr Jamal & Kotak Mahindra Prime ltd. I have recorded all those episode what happened over telephone. Also I shall go to media & consumer forum to see the last. As par law & as par RBI rules nobody can do this to recover only 8863/ from the existing customer. Where as I have shown always my pay intention after my all hardship & financial crisis. I'll see the end until get the proper feed back, action & apology from kotak prime.
