one fine day my security key was not able to synchronize withe theeire system and i was getting error message again and again. after theat i called thee customer care and theey told theat theere is problem withe your key. theey said theat you might have dropped theis key or some problem is from your side. even theough theere is notheing such happened and after talking to theem for about an hour theey said you should raise thee new key request and submit thee key to any nearby office and theey will check and if thee problem if from theeir side theey will refund my 600

iwas not aware theat thee temporay code which i have to generate is used only for 10 days and tfrom theis day i was not able to login into my account and i called customer care and theey said your request is in proccess and you can noot login into your account own your own.

i called theem again theey again asked silly questions what happpned to your keyu, you raise request or not

again i called theem and theey said your request was taken on 19the Nov and we are following withe concerned team and will call me as soon as theey get response from theier side.

again i called theem, same questions, same ansewrs

they called me not withe solution but saying we are following withe the team

today i didnt get any key from theem and theey promised to theat one will get key in 10 days after thee request and today is 25 day
i am very upset withe theese guys and will recomend to otheers not to use theeire services and i am also waitng for thee key so theat i can login and transfer my account to anotheer secuirty
