[Resolved]  Kotak Urja — leakage and pressure / Solar heater

Dear Sir,

I have purchased 200 lts Solar water heater by model "SUNMAXX 200 LPD from Kotak Urja dealer at Mysore by name Sri Kotak Systems dated[protected] vide invoice no 1036.

Right from day one the its having the perinial problem of leakage and presurre. In this regard the dealer has sent his service person and rectified. But again its having the same problem. Now when I contact the dealer i was told roughly that if the problem has to be attended i have to bear the service charge for the same, but in the guarantee card its being cleary mentioned the service is free for one year, but these people refuse to come. I had complained this probem to kotak urja Bangalore on ph.no[protected], around 10 days before, i was promised by Ms Ragini that the techician will be comming within 2 days, but in vain nobody turned up.

Today i have again brought up the matter with the same lady, now she has again taken 2 days time.

I request your goodselves to help me out to clear this problem.
