Koyal Enclave EWS flats allotment & Refund Refund not received yet I submitted a form in the EWS housing scheme of Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) in Koyal Enclave near Loni last year in the month of Feb. 2008. It has been almost 1 year, the allotment is not done yet and I have not received the refund yet. I want to cancel my application. Pls refund the amount. I submitted a form in the EWS housing scheme of Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) in Koyal Enclave near Loni last year in the month of Feb. 2008. It has been more than 1 year, the allotment is not done yet and I have not received the refund till date.
I am Anita Devi from A/47 Sector 57 Noida submitted a form in the EWS housing scheme of Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) in Koyal Enclave near Loni last year in the month of Feb. 2008. It has been almost 1 year. I have applied for EWS flat under the scheme code 758 application no. 36850, property code 41D on feb08, 2008, more than one jyear ago but still there is no news of any drew of this scheme.

Sir, GDA & DDA is just next door to each other. GDA should leran from DDA what is transparency in open society, through credible open lottery and full results in net, so that other can scrutinise.
In terms of mile stone and project completion dates, GDA does not seems to have any regards for meeting scheduled dates/Mile stones. I think this comes from sarkari way of working.
