[Resolved]  Kristal Group - Builders & Developers — Kristal group - Always giving False commitments

I am also a owner for house in krystal Coral. Srinivas you are absolutely true in all senses. They have not provided any of the facilities.

Swimming pool is just a concrete structure with rain water filled in. When you ask about the delay they tell because we had a tussle with confident group MD everything was delayed. We will soon reinistate everything by 2008. Now 2009 has gone and already 2010 is close by. i do not think they would ever complete the task completely.

One more reason for them not doing any development work is because not all sites are sold. First question in my original plan there is no scope for apartments. it was only individual villas. Now you can see they are two blocks of apartments which has deviated from the original plan.

They made me take a loan and build a house. i have paid all the dues, but the house is not completed till now. Sivadasan, is another culprit in Krystal. He do not time to see or hear customer complaints. He is busy building his own wealth...He purchased a villa in jasper and sold it. Now he owns a apartment in Krystal Aquamarine...So where does he have time to look into all this complaints. He is trying to beat around the bush in his earlier comments he has mentioned. Before purchasing from krystal please do check other projects...

It is so good to hear that you guys have started and is on the completion stage of the project close to technopark.

Dear Friends,

Thanks for all the efforts to post your experiences. I saw the ad of Kristal builders in times of India today (times property special edition of June 12, 2010) of 32 pages. I thought of investing in Kristal dolomite or morganite. Did a search and landed on this site.

Now I wont invest my money with these cheats. Will warn all my friends, company colleagues and relatives about this cheating builder.

A lottery was taken on 12 June 2010 at Kristal Beryl, Bannerghatta road.
Whoever buy apartment in kristal beryl please take care of car park.
kristal beryl have 2 types of car park.one outside made up of temporary material and one inside uderground parking.same amound is charging for both car parking.inside carparking will last for years till the kristal beryl building lasts.but outside car parking that is made up of some aluminium sheets and some iron rods like circus tents will rust and decay due to rain and sunlight.
it wil not last even 2 or 3 years.they are charging same amount and giving car parking in famous lot.it is like lottery.we are paying and Mr and Mrs Namboothiri is mixing these car parks and all owners getting same chance to get out side parking.very good idea ...those who get inside parking are very happy.
others happy or not happy who cares, .builder needs money only .
if these temporary car parks gets any problem after 1 or 2 years who will repair it .

Mr and Mrs kristal Namboothiri is keeping some double car parking spaces in undrground car parking for those who pay more for double spaces.June 12 2010 there was a big lottery taken place at kristal Beryl and now so many are allocate outside parking.
Now MR and MRS KK Namboothiri is waiting for orders for double car parking spaces .Kristal beryl Builder is cheeting people with giving car park outside and keeping double car park spaces inside and waiting for money .

Kristal Beryl flat is not only completed but also builder cheeting people giviing outside temporary parking with big amount

The explanation given by one joker by the name of Sivadas made interesting reading !
These crooks have absolutely no regard for the hard earned money of middle-class people. It is assuming to see such pathetic defensiveness from apathetic . Some funny lines :
"promises of the govt passed on to the customers" - let us pay the maintenance to the govt.
"we are mercy at the the lift maintenance guys" - And we at the mercy of hallow promises !
"khatha can be transferred only after betterment charges are finalized" - Even maintenance will be transferred once our betterment is ensured.
"services tax issue pending with supreme and we are helpless the owners are unable to understand it"
Even we are helpless unable understand why we invested money in such a litigious property

If one sins in this life, either you attain hell after death or live in Kristal until death !

Finally one frank question to these high headed fellas :
Would any of you mind staying in one of these cement boxes called homes ?
If the answer is yes, please swap your homes with those o[censored]s !

Kristal is the worst builder i have ever seen. I will make sure that i inform my friends who are looking for apartments not to go for KRISTAL groups..They suck. They dont care about anything regards to the customers. ALl they want is money money n money. I have never regretted for anything so much in my life. They are CHEATERS. PLEASE DONT GO FOR KRISTAL PROJECTS.

Usual unskilled and pretending Keralite owner by name Mr. Namboodari, who has whole of his family in managing committee. They all look spiritual but total cheats. I had bought Krystal Dolomite and somehow sold it off and came out of the mess.


Please pay little more and buy from a reputed builder, do not encourage such .

Non delivery of apartment

We have booked the flat in 2007. Paid Rs 16 lakhs. It is 5 years now and they have still not completed project.
