[Resolved]  KST Infrastructure Ltd — KST Infrastructure Ltd Faridabad

I have booked 2 BHK Flat in KST infrastructure Faridabad in Jan 2007. Till date only few floors are completed. Entire payment for the project has been done. I am sending e mail / letters to their directors but no reply received. They are adding new projects but not even single project is completed by them till date.
KST is totally non comitted builder and no help to their customers to get out of this problem.
Buyers Agreement for three years is over and they are saying that the delay in project is due to the goverment widening the road. Hence no penalty will be paid.

After evey six months they have a new manager just to dupe the customers.

They have to refund of entire amount with interest to investors if they donot perform. Law should help all those who are duped by such builders.

Dear All,

Past couple of month the speed of work at KST site is quite satisfactory. The labour count has increased and the buildings started taking shape. But there is still a long way to go. I have received couple of calls from some dealers enquiring about selling of my unit. It gave be great relief that the investment we made started appreciating now. I am not a investor and purchased this unit for my personal use. Hence, in my view this property location is one of the best in Greater Faridabad and once this project is completed the valuation of our units will definitely increase. The big advantage is its location which is on the road making it easy to commute. Also as per Faridabad master plan the road next to this project will directly connect to Yamuna Expressway which will reduce the travel time from Greater Faridabad to Noida. Also government has started taking the development of Greater Faridabad very seriously. Many Thanks to GFWA (Greater Faridabad Welfare Association) who are continously pressurising the HUDA officials and as a result the construction of MAster road and Bye Pass road are at advance stage now. Also few days back i travlled from Guragaon to Faridabad via the newly constructed six lane road through badkal chowk and to be honest with you it took only 25 mins to reach faridabad from gurgaon. Being centrally loocated, the distance from Noida, Gurgaon and Delhi is quite reasonable as compared to other NCR regions.

There are few dealers in the market who intentionally spread negative rumors about KST project and push customer to sell the unit at lower price. Few days back i received a call from delaer asking me to sell the unit. When i enquired the rate, he quoted Rs 100/sq.ft appreaction on what i booked. The reason he gave is doubtful intention of this builder and may be KST not going to complete this project. I asked him if you are aware this project is not going to complete then why you are buying this unit from me. He couldn't able to answer my query.

I would suggest to hold your unit until this project is complete. Do not do the panic selling. The future of Greater Faridabad is quite bright.

This developer is fooling all its customers and will continue to do so in future.Commitments after Commitments have failed.With 50 to 100 labours for a project of more than 7acres.Who is Mr.Kuldeep trying to fool.I myself am a civil engineer with more than 20 years of rich experience with leading Organizations.With current resources/inputs KST will not complete this project even in next 5 years.

KST is defunct with no cash flows, they are trying to evade the Economic Offence Dept & other law enforcing Govt Depts.They have not filed their Tax Returns from last many years and once they get into IT net this Company is bound to get sealed.

Lets all meet and get away from the fools paradise we are living in. Lets take up this issue to the Ministry o[censored]rban Development and all the concerned Ministers (HUDA & DTCP) to save our life long hard earned money.

KST has not sorted the problems with SBI & RPS. Many litigation's are about to be initiated by both SBI & RPS

We are not getting impressed by the false comments this developer is loging in this site.My humble request to all the flat owners is to not to get into the trap of KST. Lets unite in this fight against this unsrupulous developer.

Don't get into the trap of this Developer.With the present resources and ongoing cases with RPS & SBI KST will become defunct very soon.Even the IT Dept will take them to task.From their internal sources KST has not filed their IT Returns from last several years.

Beware, lets all unite against this fight to save our hard earned precious money.

I just looked at almost all comments and what I find is that on page 3 there have been many appreciations...

I doubt on investors who will be putting such appreciation. To my understanding such comments are written by KST itself since there is no reason for a buyer to be satisfied and write appreciation comments to a complaint portal.

My experience is that WE ALL ARE CONSTANTLY GETTING CHEATED BY BUILDERS LIKE KST.

Till date there is still no progress in Towers: A & C wherein for Tower A (SBI tower) there is no settlement done and I do not think KST would be in a position to give possession to allotted till the time this settlement is done.

I would suggest all allotted to combine together and send a legal notice to this fraud company. Since individual notices will not make any difference to such fraud lead companies. Below are few names I have captured, I request all to kindly send me an email (tec.[protected]@gmail.com) if you are interested to take this combined legal action.

I totally agree with Mr Rajiv Chopra. We should ask ourselves whom are we fooling? before we can say Kuldeep is fooling us.. My answer will be we are fooling our children's, coz ultimately its for them we have invested into our dream abode.. and as Mr Ashish has mentioned most o[censored]s have invested in this so that we can have our own home in NCR. and not for investment.. I would say before we can ruin our chances to ever possess a house in NCR we should get out of this project in mass and file a case in NCDRC, get what ever we could through NCDRC in next 2-3 years and invest some where else, as I think in next 4-5 years buyin g a property in NCR going to be a distant dream for most of the middle class families going by the current sky rocket property prices. Com on guys have to come in terms with reality that this project ain't be completed in donkey years and just remember one day you'll get up just to find the reality that we and our children's we'll be staying in rented accommodation for years to come as these KST buggers would have been vanished by then and we would have paid our EMI's.

come on people we should take legal action against KST, and let me tell you NCDRC have already punished Builders in so many cases and i hope you must have seen the Advertisement on TV also about the builders being made to paid penalty. I think our case will be even more swiftly executed as we can refer to NCDRC's judgements while filing the case, and since some of the past judgments about this matter are landmark judgments we might have a easy walk though all this,

and why I'm asking you all because if we all file a single case the builder will be shaken, Court will be moved, and we can probably file the case directly in NCDRC as totally money at stake will be more when combined... rather than doing it individually and slogging from consumer court to state consumer court and then NCDRC, and if done individually this might take anywhere from 5- 10 years.

And finally to KST come on dont play so dumb. world has moved from the day you launched this project and people have become bit more aware of the things so you better catch up with time. so I would urge you to play the game of appraising your self a bit more smartly than you currently doing.. I mean any kid will understand that its you (KST) dumb dumber dumbest who's posting all these positive feed out here(except Mr ashish) and that too plain one liners some of them with single ID with different names...

Plz update you duration that when you have booked your flat and its been how many years you havent got the possession.

BTW if you talk on the investment side- hasn't the booking price increase from the time you have booked it or you are not getting a buyer for it.

Today only someone said HUGE BIG words for KST, so plz update me some good figures frnds.

I saw all the information's you have posted on this site. I had booked 2+1 BHK in June 2006. And paid entire amount in July 2007. No comments, you have already mentioned the comments. I don't have word to say any thing accept cheated by KST.
