Kurl - On — Mattress Complaint | |||
Hi, I had purchased 3 mattress from Kurl-On on 10-Oct-2012 and since the time I bought that, I have been facing a lot of issues with the product. I had raised a complaint on 7-May-2013 with the customer care and a person had come here for inspection.He committed that the mattress will be replaced in a week and its been almost 2 months now, and still I am behind them asking for the replacement. The person in charge (Jagdish) is not responding to my calls and the Zonal Office in Bangalore is not giving me a proper update whenever I call them. They keep on saying in a weeks time it will be delivered and 1st july was the last time I called them . They committed that the order has been dispatched and it will be reaching me within 6th July. I tried calling them yesterday , but they are not responding to my calls. As a customer ,I am in serious trouble as lying in this mattress gives a serious back pain and the customer service is also far too below the standards. Please help me in this issue.
