[Resolved]  Kurl-On — Issue with delivery for Kurl-on Mattress by dealer

This was regarding horrible experience against the dealer of Kurl-On namely Evegrow Tracom Private Limited located at Kolkata 700032. We have asked the agent to get measurement and get the custom size built for our cot. Initially, we were not sure about the duration of delivery. But after 7 days, we received a call from the agent of the dealer saying that we will deliver the product. Initially it was agreed with the dealer that delivery will be free of cost and price of the mattress being priced at Rs 5000 including delivery cost. We paid advance of Rs 3000. Now agent is asking of Rs 300 as delivery cost and threaten us to not deliver the mattress to home unless we agree to pay the balance RS 2000 + Rs 300. We would have paid RS 2000 + may be addition of Rs 100. But the dealer tends to increase the cost dynamically without any valid reason. Please kindly do the needful
